Enjoy this cottage as a group which offers good times in perspective.

Intended for family gatherings, friends, clubs, bikers, hikers etc... This renovated cottage is designed to be a friendly and warm place.

4 km from the sea, close to the pink granite coast, Lannion, Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, Paimpol, Morlaix, Roscoff, go for a walk in our beautiful countryside. After a busy day, meet for a barbecue or a quiet evening around the fire.

The cottage consists of 5 bedrooms.
-On the first floor (2 steps not related to the living room):
-1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
-1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
-1 bathroom comprising: toilet, shower, sink.

Upstairs:
-2 bedrooms (including a bed of 80 + a bed of 160 each),
- 1 bathroom: shower, toilet, sink.

Other floor access:
- 1 bedroom (with a bed of 140, a bed of 140, 2 beds of 80),
- 1 bathroom with 1 toilet and 1 sink,

First floor:
-1 shower area,
-1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 double sink.
-The kitchen is largely equipped to accommodate 15 people: 2 fridges (1 with small freezer part), 2 vitro and induction hobs, 2 ovens, 2 hoods, 2 dishwashers, pots, large pots, pans, oven dishes, etc. The crockery is provided for groups. There are also available: 2 crepe makers, 2 raclette appliances, 1 waffle iron, seafood utensils, 1 family coffee maker, 1 Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, mixer etc.

Depending on our availability, the reception can be done by key box to avoid a wait. The cottage is ready from 3 p.m., beds made, 1 towel per person available (2 towels for long stays).
Departures are no later than 11 am. For a late check-out request

The gîte must be left clean (dishes put away, bins emptied, sheets removed, etc. 2 vacuum cleaners are at your disposal etc).
A "cleaning" option can be requested (60€) but we still want the laundry to be collected, cooking done, and garbage emptied.
A "wood" option for the stove can be requested (20€ corresponding to 1 cart of wood, which is what you need for about 2 evenings).
