The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned house at less than one kilometer from the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped open kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 50 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows :
On the ground floor :
- A living room of about 20 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining table.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower and WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
- A bathroom.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October. It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates not contractual).
- A beautiful garden of about 50 m².
- A terrace of about 10 m², facing South and a second terrace on the North side with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private and numbered outside car park of the house, located at 100 meters (1 place).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bastia station (1h26min)
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (46 min)

- Pets are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 50€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Baby kit: 5 euros per day or 25 euros per week
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
-A parent is responsible for all children's swimming.
- The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual.
