Private heated spa in the garden with a view of Mount Sainte-Victoire. Ideal for a relaxing getaway in a cozy atmosphere designed especially for couples.
Enjoy a warm bath under the stars after a walk or a day’s work. Let yourself be lulled by the song of cicadas, crickets, or birds as the day and seasons pass.
Accommodations
We built Le Cabanon Spa Le Garagaï with our own hands. Originally designed to serve as a storage shed for gardening tools (hence its name, “Cabanon”), it quickly became a cozy little nest where we could welcome family and friends visiting from afar. It was the perfect guest room that we didn’t have at home! It was our guests who gave us the idea to share this place with you.
The view of Montagne Sainte Victoire from the spa inspired the name “Garagaï,” just like the “Garagaï hole” at the mountain’s summit (Garagaï means “the hole” in Provençal, referring to the “water hole” created by the spa)

All that’s left is for you to come and enjoy the spa as much as you like (a few guidelines to follow will be provided when you make your reservation and/or upon your arrival)
Designed in the Nordic style, it will offer you comfort and relaxation to your heart’s content. Immerse yourself in gentle warmth outdoors, whatever the weather or season.

Coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, and hand soap are available.
Sheets, bath towels, dish towels, and toilet paper provided; hair dryer available.

Charcoal barbecue only (please avoid using it when it’s windy—we’re in a region highly susceptible to wildfires).

Cleaning fees are not included. Please leave the premises clean and tidy (cleaning supplies are available) and dispose of your trash in the green (household waste) and yellow (plastic, cans, cardboard) bins at the end of the driveway. Glass can be disposed of in the bins located in the parking lot of the Meyreuil gym or at Carrefour Market Gardanne)

This is a smoke-free property (an ashtray for outdoor use only is available on the refrigerator).
Guest access
The Garagaï garden offers a private, secluded heated spa, accessible 24 hours a day, which you’ll have all to yourselves. Simply slide open the glass door from the small living room and immerse yourself in a relaxing soak heated to 38°C.

You can use the barbecue year-round (charcoal only; not provided) except in case of strong winds, particularly the Mistral (very high fire risk in the region, especially in summer).

4G network available on your cell phone. No Wi-Fi—just a real vacation!
Additional Notes
Sheets, bath towels, dish towels, sponges, and cleaning supplies are provided. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also available for your use.
The bed will be made upon your arrival. A welcome breakfast basket (featuring homemade quince jelly from the garden of Le Cabanon, depending on the season) will be waiting for you on the table and in the refrigerator on your first morning.

Cleaning fees are not included in the price; so please help out by removing the sheets and pillowcases from the bed (place them in the basket under the stairs near the entrance), cleaning the table, putting away the dishes, making sure nothing is left in the refrigerator, and giving the floor a good sweep. Don’t forget to empty and clean the ashtray and take your trash with you when you leave (bathroom, kitchen, and the recycling bin outside)! The bins are waiting for you on the gravel path (green and yellow) ;)
