Lakeshore Village has so much to offer including, Tennis and pickleball courts, Pool and spa, bbq area and wonderful lake and mountain views. Freshly JUST REMODELDED unit with one bedroom (very COMFORTABLE queen bed!) , A pull out sofa and a private balcony. There is even an overflow parking lot for boat parking! Come stay, you will be glad you did!

The condo itself is cute and comfortable.However, our stay got off to a rocky start. We arrived and found the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We contacted Bob, who responded promptly and was eager to resolve the situation. He offered us a second unit that was available, so we packed up and moved over, only to discover that it hadn't been cleaned either! There was clearly a miscommunication with the cleaning crew regarding our arrival. After speaking with Bob again, he suggested we head out for a while so he could get the unit cleaned. We were finally able to settle in around 7:30 that evening after a rushed cleaning job. To his credit, Bob was very responsive throughout the ordeal and kindly refunded us for that day's stay, which we appreciated. Also, the property isn't quite what we expected based on the VRBO photos. The listing gives the impression of a larger condo with a pool and hot tub attached or very close by. In reality, it's a second-floor unit, with stairs to carry your luggage up. The pool and hot tub are shared community amenities that require a walk from the condo.The kitchen could use a few updates.The frying pans were quite worn, with scratched Teflon that made cooking and cleanup frustrating. Bob was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond, and we appreciated his efforts to make things right. With better coordination of the cleaning crew,a few kitchen upgrades, and listing photos that represent more accurately, this would be a 5 star.

Great Location

We had a very relaxing wonderful stay at this property. There was a minor issue with check in and the host quickly responded and more than fixed the issue. The property was the perfect location super close to everything. Highly recommend.

Disappointing place..

First time in Lake Havasu. While location was the factor booking this condo, know it is on the second floor and there are two sets of steps. It is quite dated and the kitchen cabinet grooves had indentations to open and were dirty (hated to even touch). Furniture very uncomfortable. Bathroom very tiny. Bed was comfy. Cupboards stocked well. Overpriced for what you got.

Noisy!!!!

Very noisy area, if you are looking for quiet. Taught me a lesson to ask about gardener's schedules. I know it has to be done but this was extensive trimming trees. Started at 6 and did not end until noon. Gas blowers, saws etc. Next day city using saws to cut the street up that started a 6am. I was there for business did not work for me. Condo was fine.

Convenient and relaxing lake time!

Our first time at Lake Havasu so I wasn’t too sure what to expect. We don’t own a powerboat or jet ski (we go at SUP and kayak pace, lol) and this spot is fantastic for both. Beach within walking distance is near the harbor/ no wake zone, so pretty calm. Carrying our paddle board from the parking spot was totally doable. Also enough restaurants in walking distance so you really could not get back in your car for the weekend if you want, which I love. We enjoyed the pool both mornings and basically had it to ourselves. Had it just been a lil cooler we would have walked the butterfly garden bordering the property lots I’m sure. The condo was clean, cool and comfortable. Perfect place to kick back for some TV after a day at the beach. I really love how they have it decorated and appreciate they share this space. This was a surprise for Father’s Day weekend with my husband who can be hard to impress and I’m happy to say he really enjoyed himself. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had an incredible stay. One of those rare occasions where as great as the place looked it more than exceeded expectations in terms of accommodation and location. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

Great location, rotary park and the beach are steps away and many restaurants are also in walking distance. Even the London Bridge is close enough to walk there. The condo was very clean, well stocked with the essentials, pots pans, plates, etc... I would not only recommend this unit but will definitely keep it in mind for our next Havasu trip and book it if it's available.

Perfect Condo for the weekend of events

The condo was centrally located to everything Havasu has to offer. We had clients stay with us for the Run to The Sun Car show on the golf course and it was easy walking distance. Our clients bragged about the unit and the property amenities. Bob was great to deal with and we will book again if available.

Anniversary Trip

Excellent property. Would definitely stay again. Close to many attractions and walking distance to a nice park with beach like lakefront. Nice quiet townhome community with nice pool and hot tub.

Home away from home

My husband and I loved our stay! This cozy little townhome was so conveniently located and comfortable. I really appreciated the binder of info on the area and things to do/see.
