The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, with Sanary-sur-Mer, this charming air-conditioned apartment located directly on the port, only 5 minutes with foot of the beach, of a surface of 43 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², an open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining table
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, cooking plates...

Night space:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) .
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside :
The apartment is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment where you can do everything on foot. You will find in the immediate vicinity all the essential businesses but also the stores, the breweries, the market...
This market has been designated "Most beautiful market of France".

Activities :
- Visit of the village, different beaches and creeks at 5 minutes on foot.
- All nautical activities, boat trip, fishing.
- Hiking on the coastal path or in the nearby hills.
- Departure for the islands of Porquerolles and the creeks of Marseille.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in a paying parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment. Free parking spaces are at your disposal 5 minutes away by foot.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Sanary-Sur-Mer train station at 3 kilometers.
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport (about 1 hour by car)

Other remarks:
- This accommodation is not suitable for small children
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided in addition: complete set for a double bed, 2 towels per person, a bath mat and a tea towel at 35€ for two people and 70€ for four people (request, rental and payment to be made with the concierge Julie Chapelain, our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use.
