Our traditional Sardinian old-town house offers modern comfort across two levels, embedded in historic charm (including rustic reed ceilings). It is perfect for couples and small families.

Your Old-Town House in Detail
Casa Ruiu is perfect for couples or small families and accommodates up to 3 people (ideally 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults).

Ground floor
- Living and dining room: Cozy area with dining table and an additional sofa.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
- Bathroom: Spacious with shower, toilet and bidet.

Upper floor (accessible via a wooden staircase)
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and seating area.
- Bedroom 2: Single bed (80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe.

Outdoor area
A small, charming table directly in front of the house invites you to end your day in Sardinian serenity.

Posada in the province of Nuoro is one of Sardinia’s most beautiful historic towns and the perfect place for those who want to avoid crowded hotspots. The emerald water and fine sandy beaches resemble the famous Costa Smeralda, but in complete tranquility

- Historic center: The town sits picturesquely on a hill and is topped by the medieval “Castello della Fava”. The old town with its stairs and alleys invites for relaxed strolls.
- Guaranteed peace: The 5 km long sandy beach is wonderfully quiet, even in high season.
- Coastal highlight: The beaches of the bay are among the longest and most beautiful on the island.

Important Booking Information
- Final cleaning: A one-time fee of €80 for final cleaning including bed linen and towels, payable in cash upon arrival.
- Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night in July/August and €1.00 during the rest of the year.
- All other costs, taxes and fees are included in the rental price.
- Long-term rentals: Monthly rentals or winter stays during the low season are available.
