Large 5BR Scarborough Beach house!
This spacious 5 bedroom house is just 1/2 mile (10 minute) walk to Scarborough Beach, with added bonus of a neighborhood playground & tennis + basketball courts one block away. You will also be a short drive to other nearby great beaches, like Narragansett, East Matunuck, or even the ferry boat & day trip to Block Island, & many nearby shops, restaurants & bars.
Large yard for lawn games, 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms and outdoor shower!

This is a 2500 sq ft Colonial with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. There is also one bedroom on the 1st floor and a full bath. The house has a large living room and kitchen, and also another small living room attached to the laundry. House has Central A/C, 2 TV's.

Come enjoy a relaxed vacation with family and friends, grilling and playing games in the yard or exploring Rhode Island's many beaches and state parks.

-Besides the beaches, you will be less than a mile away from Sunset Farm, where you can shuck your corn while the kids visit the goats, pigs, cows and horses. It’s farm to table at Sunset Farm, with fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade pies, jams, cookies, fresh or smoked meat and other made to order food items.
-You can chose to jump on the ferry for day trips to Block Island, Martha’s Vineyard (even whale watch or fishing trips!)
-If you need a casino fix while you are here, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are within a 40 minutes drive.
-Spend an afternoon at Adventureland riding bumper boats, mini-golf, go cart racing, and batting cage!
This beach destination has something for everyone!

*LINENS/TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Guests are asked to please bring their own linens, OR rent them from a local vendor, such as Vacation house Linens. Their website is: vacationhouselinens .com. Each bed comes with 2 pillows and 1 bedspread, if needed. Plus there are extra blankets in the closets. Each bed has a mattress protector over the mattress, plus pillow protectors over each pillow. There are also hand towels provided in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Guests will have access to the entire house and property. Guests will be assigned a door code for a digital front door lock.

We live in RI year-round and are about 15 minutes away. Should any questions or concerns come up during your stay, we are always available to assist you. You van message us through the app, text, or call.

There is a 4% processing fee on all cancellations. You will receive whatever percentage back that you are entitled to, less a 4% processing fee. over 30 days, you will receive 96% refund. 14-30 days, you will receive 46% refund. This is due to credit card processing fees.
