The backyard features a calming fountain, a playhouse with turf grass, and an outdoor bbq. Three deck levels include 2 fire pits with polywood chairs, a small kitchenette with dumbwaiter for access to the house kitchen,

Upon walking into this one story Mediterranean home, you will instantly feel refreshed. To the left of the foyer is a large dining room. Just past the foyer, is an open concept layout with a comfortable living room and fireplace. Past this room is the gourmet kitchen, including a barstool area and another den/living room with a leather sectional and a 79-inch television. The entire back of the home has glass bifold doors that fully open into the backyard. The kitchen includes a KitchenAid 6 burner gas stove along with two drink drawers in the cabinetry for overflow fridge space. The home has a laundry room, and a half bathroom on the kitchen side. There is a large Master Bedroom with a study/sitting room attached, and a private master bathroom with dual shower and sink. The middle bedroom includes a queen- sized bed. The third bedroom includes four custom built in twin- sized bunk beds. Between bedroom 2 and 3 is a full size bathroom with a large oversized soaking tub.

The home sleeps 8. This is our family residence and is only rented out for summer. There is no garage use but a two car driveway is part of the rental. There is absolutely no smoking in the home, and no pets of any kind. Those listed on the contract are permitted to sleep in the home during the rental period. No large parties or extra overnight guests. We take pride in our home, but equally want the renter to be comfortable for the month and truly make the space home away from home. Small children are absolutely welcome. We charge a $200 cleaning fee for the exit cleaning but we will provide one free cleaning halfway through the rental period provided by our cleaning crew. Once a week gardener care included. Refundable $2,000 security deposit included in pricing as “property fees”.
