Welcome to Otočac, a town on the water. For every guest there is a warm welcome and a drink of their choice on the terrace of the book café Paradiso (our meeting point). You can relax with interesting books and through the free tourist magazine "The Plitvice Times" to get to know the area or simply read the literature of your choice to travel to some new spiritual dimensions. For our youngest guests, we have also equipped a nice kid´s corner so that parents can take a break and drink coffee in peace. Part of our offer is pet friendly label too.
Newly refurbished and spacious one bedroom apartment can host up to 4 people. Bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200cm) and additional 1 or 2 guests can sleep on the sofa in the living area.
Apartment provides everything you might need during your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare delicious breakfast to start your new day filled with adventures exploring our town and area or magical dinner after a long day of exploring… You can also dine and relax on the furnished terrace. Kitchen is equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, toaster, electric kettle, microwave. Bathroom comes with a shower, slippers, washing machine and free toiletries.

We live in the house next doors and all our guests are invited to join us on the shared terrace for a nice chat. All guests can use shared terrace, garden and BBQ.

I have been dreaming about welcoming guests for over decade now. During last year I decided to grow strawberries, raspberries etc. in my garden. While enjoying myself seeing how orchard is blossoming I have decided to start working on my long dream… welcoming guests and showing them all the hidden beauties of Otočac! I always enjoyed travelling and meeting new people so I am hoping for a nice chats with my guests!

I have renovated two apartments in the house next to the one I live in while keeping in mind to hold onto some of history items from my family heritage. I also own book café which is close to the house. I will meet all my guests there and lead them to the apartment.
Guests looking for an active holiday or a relaxing detox of body and mind are my future guests. Proximity to forests, rivers and mountains, hidden trails or natural lookouts will be a good alternative to urban city bustle.
I know who makes the finest cheese, local, small farms with eco-growing vegetables, whose jams are best to spread on pancakes, where bees live that give the finest honey, where to eat well and drink even better. What to see, where to go, what to buy and what to read, who you need to meet... With us you can relax and buy a healthy winter food, show animals in their natural environment to the children and try some new flavors. You will pay for the accommodation and get my heart in the palm of your hand!
