Very private 3 story, 5 bed, 3.5 bath home w/Ocean views and easy walk to the beach. The top floor has a king and a queen bedroom with views of the ocean, a twin room with views of the sound, & 2 full baths. The deck off the third floor offers a great space with ocean views to relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sound of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more rooms, a queen & another twin room, a full bath, and a cozy sitting area for extended family and friends. The second floor offers a comfortable kitchen/living/porch area for everyone to relax & enjoy the privacy granted from the Live Oaks surrounding the property. Located in a cul-de-sac with walking paths to both the beach & the shopping center/grocery store just across the street. Dogs welcome of any size but please limit to 2 and plan for a nonrefundable pet deposit. Wireless Internet and Smart TVs throughout. Washer/dryer. Outdoor shower. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon available for use.

Our family quite enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the location was fantastic. There were two easy private neighborhood accesses to the beach, plenty of beach toys/equipment to borrow. Even with a hurricane affecting the ocean itself, there were so many great things to do in the area that everyone (young and old) was able to stay active and having fun.

Our family loved our 2-week vacation in Atlantic Beach. The house is located in a secluded neighborhood with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the marina where we docked our boat. Carrie and Charlie were fantastic hosts and readily available to help with any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great beach getaway

This home exceeded our expectations for our first family beach vacay in 6 years. We’ve been N Myrtle Beach goers for many many years which in recent years, has become extremely busy/crowded/commercialized. This home is a great location - for beaching as well as close to groceries and restaurants. Very quiet and very clean. Beach access was a short and fun adventure for our little ones and having chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to get it back and forth was priceless! Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Kitchen was great for making meals and big table to gather around for meals as well as card games was a bonus. We all loved the access to porches even kept us semi dry dealing with Hurricane Betty. Carrie and Charles were amazing and quick to address any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Spacious and beautiful house close to the beach

We all loved the house and its close proximity to the beach! The house was just about perfect for our party of 10 with enough space for everyone, kids and adults. It was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The ocean view from the top floor porch was even better than expected. There’s a wonderful boardwalk through the trees that leads to the beach access. There were enough beach chairs and other beach things provided, including a wagon, to make for a great time. Very convenient to not have to travel with these things ourselves. The host (Carrie) was very responsive and helpful! Overall an unbeatable location and a beautiful, accommodating house!

Perfect family getaway!

This is an amazing house. It was exactly as listed and very clean with well maintained and/or new furniture and appliances. Some additional things we loved: - The living area is on the second floor, so one family had the bottom and one family the top floor bedrooms, which was fantastic with small kids/sleep schedules - The house is surrounded by lush vegetation, so it is both private and the decks were cooler - The pathway walk to the beach was through a wooded area, so also cooler and more fun for kids - The beach was very nice and quiet

Family Time

The house and space was perfect for our family! The outdoor space was amazing! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. So convenient to the store and beach! I appreciated the communication with the owner. It was a great family time!

Surprise birthday party

My family and I couldn’t be more happy with the cleanliness and accommodations at the house. The main level was perfect for us to gather for breakfast or watch TV. I would definitely recommend Carrie’s house to stay. My only negative would be that the shrubbery around the house be cut down a little as it’s hard to see from the road.

Nice beach house!

Enjoyable stay at this property. Great views of the ocean from the upper deck. Plenty of space and great layout of the rooms. Easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful location for multi-generational family vacation

A wonderful house for our family vacation! Kitchen has everything you could want for cooking. Short walk to the beach which at times felt like our private beach. We would strongly recommend this place!

Ideal Beach House

My family of 7 adults totally enjoyed our stay! Super clean and fully stocked, the house was spacious but cozy. Enough bedrooms and living space for privacy and togetherness. We especially liked the two full length decks for meals and relaxation. The beautiful, quiet beach is a short, easy walk from the house.

Great rental

We needed a house for a couple of weeks on pretty quick notice and this place worked out perfectly for us. It had everything we needed and there was plenty of comfortable space for 5 adults. There was one small glitch with the a/c one day and Carrie and Charlie were on it immediately. All communication was fast and thorough. We would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in need.
