Unwind in this private, thoughtfully designed guest suite located in Westerwood, one of Greensboro’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods. This two-level 1,000 sq. ft. guest suite is designed for a quiet, peaceful and restful stay:

- Extremely comfortable memory foam queen bed

PLEASE NOTE: the bedroom is on the second level of the space

- Dining area with table and 4 chairs for eating or working, as well as a sitting area with HD TV, loveseat, and armchair perfect for reading or studying

- Fast Wi-Fi (300Mbps+) for remote work or business travel

- Modern bathroom with fresh towels and essentials

A really cute place and good location . Place was spotless with nice amenities and a very helpful host. Highly recommend this charming and spacious place and one of the best VRBO mattresses ever!

The place was very nice and clean & exceeded expectations. The overall set up with the bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs was not ideal but understand that is just the layout. The furniture downstairs was really small for the space and with the addition of some better upholstery pieces could be improved quite a bit. The addition of a sleeper sofa and a loveseat would change the comfort level of the space quite a bit.

I always worry about not having privacy during my stays in occupied houses, but this guest suite may as well have been a separate building. The neighborhood is quiet, the rooms were clean, and the host provided a bunch of little extras to make the space feel hospitable. We walked to the Borough coffee each morning and just a little bit farther downtown for dinner. Would stay again.

Weekend stay in Greensboro

My teen daughter and I had a delightful stay at this adorable Charmer in Greensboro during a swim meet. The owner was great with communication and property instructions were perfect. Really appreciated the abundance of plush towels, water and snacks, and little extras including brochures for the area. We also loved the location to downtown, GAC and other favorites. We felt completely safe. I do wish a comfy couch was available for some downtime and it would be better if dishes and fridge were downstairs with sink and dining area. Overall great stay and super cute studio. Highly suggest the Arts and Crafts Charmer for your next stay.

Appreciate the attention to detail!

Wonderful place, very clean. There were thoughtful additions that you don’t see often, such as additional chargers and extension cords in a drawer! Ice cube trays already filled, kcups, filtered water, and a sweet personal welcome message! We will definitely stay again at our next dance competition in Greensboro!

Everything was just as stated. The environment was welcoming, spacious, immaculate and had wonderful little touches. Would recommend highly as long as climbing stairs is not an issue.

Wonderful Welcome

My wife and I had a great stay. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Had a small issue with one of the TV’s and they very quickly solved it. The accommodations are very clean and our host supplied everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The location was great and had access to to restaurants and other points of interest. Just perfect

This is the first time in my life when I was not looking forward to my own bed when I got home. The bed in the room was pure perfection. Wonderful hosts who happened to keep the same schedule as me in a very cool safe quiet neighborhood close to UNCG. Parking on street worried me in the description but it was as easy as they claimed. Comfortable spacious and clean. Exactly what I needed for this stay!

Qigong workshop retreat weekend

Friday evening check in with Sunday check out... so a quick trip to be sure, but awesome accommodations and location made this the perfect place to be. Walking distance to the Cultural Center was ideal and all the area has to offer (restaurants and parks,...). A good find.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I followed my husband back to his home state in 2017. The longer I live in Greensboro and NC, the more I fall in love with the people, the natural beauty, and the amazing history. I'm an introvert by nature, but love talking with guests about what all there is to see and do in my adopted hometown and state.

I'm also a fantasy and sci-fi fiction writer and will happily nerd out about books, movies, podcasts and more focused on these genres.

Historic Westerwood is a friendly, tree-filled neighborhood with sidewalks, walking trails and a large park that's adjacent to UNCG and Greensboro College. All the trees in the neighborhood make for great bird watching. Easy walk to Tanger Center, downtown restaurants, local breweries, Carolina Theater, Grasshoppers baseball stadium, & shopping.
