The property is in the extremely popular neighborhood of East Nashville within walking distance of a Publix grocery store, some of Nashville's must-see spots, bars, and restaurants, including our favorites East Side Bahn Mi and Cafe Roze! Start the morning at Ugly Mugs for coffee, explore the quirky Five Points area, and cross the river into downtown.



Getting Around:

Our East Nashville neighborhood offers so much to do within a 15-20 minute walk, but Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:

- Up to 2 dogs (only) are welcome for an additional $200/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.

-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything like onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
