This three-bedroom townhouse is only five miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, with lake views and lots of family-friendly on-site amenities that include a shared resort pool and game room! Inside, the living room is filled with comfortable furniture and includes a mounted flatscreen TV and access to a screened-in patio with views of the lake behind the home. The full kitchen features a dining-area passthrough, lots of cabinetry and counter space, and all the major and countertop appliances and cookware you need to make wonderful meals. When it's time to enjoy your masterpiece, you can serve up to six guests at the handsome wood dining table. Afterward, the dishwasher will quietly knock out all the dirty dishes while you entertain your guests outside.

The screened-in patio is furnished with a table with seating for four, perfect for those al-fresco meals and early morning cups of coffee. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, each with its own TV. The main bedroom has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Off the kitchen, you'll find the next two bedrooms, plus a shared bathroom and a private laundry nook with a washer and dryer. The home's central AC will make it easy to keep the space cool after a long day of theme park adventures. You'll even have access to the Oakwater Resort clubhouse where you can enjoy long soaks in the shared pool and spa and challenge each other to games at the shared tennis court or in the clubhouse game room. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
