Completely renovated in 2021. New kitchen, new bathrooms equipped with appliances, cabinets, shower rooms all brand new. Entirely covered with shiny hardwood, new laminate or tile floorings. The spacious 4 BR 2BA with separate dining/living rooms. 65" cable TV, high speed WiFi, gas BBQ grill in spacious shaded porch serve well for both business and fun. Located in a quiet corner of the town with easy access to grocery (5 min to Walmart) and restaurants. 11 min to Airpot and 10 min to downtown.

The property was just as advertised. A clean simple 4 bedroom home. The area does not feel unsafe and it was quiet enough at night to have the windows open.

Very cozy, super clean, and rooms were very comfortable. The weekend we stayed there ended up being 100 degree weather, but the house stayed nice and cool. We wanted to check out Fresno state college for my soon to be senior, and it was only a short drive away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There was a house party down the way on Saturday night with a full DJ outside (looked like a great party!), but as soon as we got in the house we couldn’t hear much and slept just fine so the windows definitely blocked out a lot. Overall, great stay. Thank you!

Immaculate and Attention to Detail

We were in Clovis for a Cross Country race and booked this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and welcoming the place was. The host was great at communicating with us. The attention to detail all over the home made us feel like we were staying at a 4 star resort.

The house checked all the boxes.

The house was upgraded and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was older but quiet. Close to our event at the fairgrounds. I would recommend it!

Great Experience

The house is beautifully updated and neighborhood is very quiet. The host was great and very easy to deal with and to contact as well. Certainly lives up to the “super host” title. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking in this area. If I ever have to go back to Fresno I will definitely love to book this property again.

Perfect little place for Fresno

This place is newly renovated and had all the features we needed. Host was a good communicator and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely would stay there again anytime we're in town!

Nice and Clean

The property was clean and updated with plenty of room. The gate to get in the property was a little difficult to get the numbers lined up correctly on the right line. Fortunately, we didn't have any bad or rainy weather to have to get out in to open the gate. Having a fence and locked gate around the property was a little discerning. We would suggest having more towels than 1 set per bedroom - at least two sets. Also, written instructions on working the tv would be very helpful. Overall it was a nice property.

Our Go-To Place to Stay in Fresno!

We are in Fresno multiple times a year for Wrestling Tournaments and we have definitely found our spot! This was our second time staying in one of Masato's Fresno properties and this house was our favorite one yet. Clean, comfortable, excellent service, and easy in & out without any crazy to-do lists at check out. We will be back again in June!

Great House!

This house was so clean. Older neighborhood, but it was quiet and we felt safe. The only issue we had was getting the thermostat to stay running, which left us a little bit cool at night. Masato was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall a great house, will stay again!

Conference stay

We loved this property. We had a conference in downtown Fresno and had to bring our dog. This house was in the perfect location. It was 8 minutes from the Convention Center and 8 minutes from the mall and great restaurants. The place was very clean and cozy. Our dog loved the enclosed front and back yards. Plenty of room to play frisbee and stretch his legs. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe taking the dog on a walk. We love to cook and the house had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. The only suggestions would be Kleenex in each bathroom, more towels, paper towels, and kitchen towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

Loved the property. The AC scared me a little with the noises but it was great overall. Nice new appliances, a homey feel, and it had Hulu/Netflix services. I felt safe and relaxed. The property owner was very communicative and easy to work with. I would recommend this place.

Enjoyable Stay

Everything was great, my trip had been delayed yet upon my arrival everything was as it was posted online. The house was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed some oranges that over hung from the neighbors orange tree...very good. No issues at all, only draw back would be to have a tv in the bedroom. I do like to watch t.v. for a little bit before I crash. Very good VRBO!!

Super clean, great house

Nice TV, we were able to log in all our streaming services Plenty of beds Nice kitchen with all the things we needed to cook some meals Really there were only two things we didn't love a out the property, there were no curtains in 3 of the rooms so some of us had trouble sleeping in past 6am. The other thing was that the beds are very firm, we like a medium firmness so it's a personal problem, we were able to make things work using some of the extra pillows they have so I only mention it in case someone reads this that cares about mattress firmness. We loved our stay and would stay again if we come back to Fresno.

Quiet and modern

We came into town for a planned celebration of life. This place was perfect for my out-of-town family to stay together. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We have pets and this place was comfortable for them also. We will try and stay here again next time we are in town.
