We offer, in Rennes, this beautiful apartment of 4 rooms, of a surface of 110 m² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers.
Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it consists of an entrance with a very nice corridor that leads to a beautiful living room bathed in light with lounge and dining room, an open and equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms with TV, king size beds, closet and office area, a bedroom with bunk beds and TV, a separate toilet and a bathroom (with shower, bathtub and wc).
This apartment has been entirely renovated by an interior designer and combines modern comfort with the charm of the past: moldings, high ceilings, ornamental fireplaces, parquet floors, bedding and high-end furniture...
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Four bedrooms, 3 king-size beds (180×200) 1 bunk bed (90×200) with TV
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Two separate toilets
- Fiber optic Wifi
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... In particular La Criée central market.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the parking lot of La Criée or the parking lot of la Vilaine at 300 meters.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- Nearest train station : 2.6 km
- Nearest airport : 6.5 km
- Subway: République - 200 meters
