Boats can be parked on the soft shore of the cove w/ trail to access passengers at the house. And if you want to take in a spectacular lakeside view, our deck is accommodating and a great place to entertain with family and friends.

Two nearby full-service marinas (Dam Site Marina and Heber Springs Marina) are located within 5 miles. Walmart is 1.3 miles, and our lovely, historic Heber Springs downtown is a 6-minute drive. Be sure to check out our Cleburne County Historical Society and enjoy a vanilla single scoop or espresso at the Jitterbug Coffee House across Main Street.
Facing beautiful Greers Ferry Lake, the Lakewood house - the 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom (including a jacuzzi bath), washer/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, formal dining room. The kitchen and dining room amenities provide an opportunity for full spectrum family cooking and hosting guests! The spacious kitchen includes a large cooking island, a table, and 4 chairs. The kitchen cooking inventory includes pots, pans, crock pots, chef’s knives, a toaster, a microwave, a can opener, and everything a cook wants to prepare and serve wonderful meals. Plates, silverware, China serving dishes, glassware and an abundance of other service items are in the cabinets. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, 2 built-in closets, a queen-sized bed, and large sliding glass doors walking out to the spacious deck. The den seats 8 people comfortably and hosts a 65-inch HD/Bluetooth-enabled smart television. Guests can smartcast to the 65” tv with their apps/subscription services. And the home has wifi as well with a Guest network.
The custom-crafted oak millworker throughout this beautiful house is very impressive. There are many cell phone towers in the area. You should have full bars signal from the house depending on your carrier. There is a large sun umbrella on the deck, over the tables, to provide maximum shade and cover!
Access to the lake through the woods down to the huge sandstone point. Follow the contour of the lakeside, and you will see a spectacular view unfold as you reach this premium panoramic view. This is the breathtaking peaceful experience you have been seeking! Just a small stroll from the house. I like to bring my yoga mat, a cup of coffee, and watch the sun come up, while I have a fishing line in the water.
At the “pointe,” your recreational options are amazingly diverse. This is the place for swimming, snorkeling, diving from many incredible heights, or walk into the water to just get a bit wet in the fresh, clean, pristine water. The water is so clear you can see the deep into the water. The house is also stocked with snorkeling equipment, kites, and floating devices to facilitate your amazing recreational activities!
The lakehouse is a secluded, quiet oasis with the back of the home lakeside facing. When you're ready to explore Heber Springs, the home’s location is so convenient! The Heber Springs Walmart Supercenter is located 1.2 miles from the house for all your logistical needs, including a fishing license!

Or head South to downtown Heber Springs, where you’ll find charming boutique stores, thrift shops, restaurants, a library, Gem Theatre, Court Square, and Spring Park! Heber Springs and the Cleburne Country area offer wonderful family vacation experiences.

Note: We ask our renters to enjoy their visit while respecting our neighbors and Heber Springs city ordinances. This is not a property to host large groups - the home sleeps 6 with a blow-up mattress. Please keep all vehicles in the home's driveway. We have ample parking for 5 vehicles.
