This villa has a great floor-plan located on the second floor where you can take in the amazing view from the corner balcony overlooking Lake Travis and enjoy the beautiful patio seating and dining with outdoor grill. The updated furnishings and modern design are inviting and comfortable with all the amenities and extras that you may need. Enjoy your stay with a flat screen SmartTV in every bedroom as well as the living space. You will enjoy the Hollows Beach Club with infinity and spa pools, hot tub, poolside grill and bar, fitness center, smokehouse with poolside grilling for barbecuing under a covered pavilion with plenty of picnic tables and an outdoor fireplace with great lounge sitting area. The Beach Club lakefront park has a playscape, horseshoes, sand volleyball and fire pit area and lake access for swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle-boarding. You also have access to the private marina with boat rentals and fishing.

Excellent condo for a group to stay

The property has a lovely view of Lake Travis, was clean and spacious and well appointed. We stayed here to watch the solar eclipse, and it was very well situated for us.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for a weekend getaway to the lake. Plenty of space for our group, and very nicely kept and well maintained condo. It was perfect! I had read other good reviews before booking, and once we arrived it was exactly as described. We will be back!!

Fully upgraded beautiful views condo with great beach club.

Beautiful upgraded condo with gorgeous views of Hill Country. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were super comfy and beach house had nice amenities with pools, fitness center, playground and basketball court.

Perfect tranquil getaway

This is my second stay at this property and in this unit. The balcony view is absolutely breathtaking! The property is a perfect quite and peaceful place to get away for a quiet, relaxing stay. The unit has plenty of room and has a cozy at home feel. It is a 30 minute scenic drive to many cute towns and wineries. I will definitely return for another stay.

Perfect and plentiful - Exceeds expectations!

Fabulous find and excellent host! So much more than we expected. For example, the listing did not make it clear how extraordinary the view is from the extra large private balcony. Inside the home, the amenities were just perfect and plentiful.

Beautiful and relaxing

At first we were concerned about the location of the home because it seemed far from downtown but let me tell you, once you get here you will not want to leave. The house itself was gorgeous, tranquil and clean. It had such a great view from all main areas of the home! The community had so much to offer, like the various pools, grilling areas, playground, etc… this is why I say you will not want to leave, because you have it all! Jeanna was super responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Austin area review of The Hollows

The condo we stayed in at The Hollows was perfect for our family of 3 adult children, my husband and me. All of us had just the right amount of privacy (3 beautiful, spacious bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable beds and two bathrooms). The open concept living room and dining room/kitchen areas were also perfect for meals and just relaxing. Everything you'll need to cook a big meal for the family is there-including the spices! The pool(s) and pool commons area were clean and well maintained and the "kids" had a wonderful time catching up while swimming. Oh, and the view of the lake from the deck was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay-wish we could go back right now!!!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was decorated very nicely, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the patio was perfect. The only issue we had was with the Beach Club restaurant...they were not open during the hours they were supposed to be which left us to scramble two different nights for meals. This is even after calling to confirm when the kitchen would close. We showed up 2 hours + before closing and doors were locked and no employees to be found.

Perfect for a Girl's Weekend!

We were 3 mom's escaping from our everyday life to just relax and enjoy some down time. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and grille. The instructions for the condo and pool were perfect. No problems with our stay. We felt like the condo would not cool down and contacted the host (note: It was 106 degrees outside) and she messaged me within minutes. It ended up being fine...just so hot and hard for the condo to keep up but her prompt attention to the matter was great! The beds and linens were comfy and clean. The condo had the kitchen stuff we needed. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay

What an amazing property. Our favorite part was the back porch looking out over the rolling, hilly neighborhood with the lake off to the left. In May, there was a almost always a light cool breeze and we spent a ton of time out there. The place was extremely clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well outfitted with all the cooking equipment we needed, and the electric grill on the back porch surprised me with how quickly it cooked our burgers. The beds were clean and comfortable. The master bath is very elegant. The giant dining table was perfect for family meals and games. Be aware that this property is not close to the lake, but that gave us a good excuse to hike the paved trail down to the pool and workout building. Those facilities were both very nice and well-maintained. Owner, Jeanna, was always quick to respond to questions we had before our trip, but there were clear instructions in the whole for everything we needed during our stay. The WiFi worked great for the streaming services we watched and for the various devices we used over the trip. Netflix was included on the Smart TV, and maybe Amazon Prime Video, but we were also able to log in to our own streaming services. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Getaway

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was a great girls weekend for all of us. The condo was in excellent condition and in such a nice and relaxing area. We enjoyed our stay so much we only wanted to stay in at the condo. I would highly recommend this property and will be going back next time I’m in Texas!
