Enjoy a luxurious and relaxing stay at Gulf Place 304, perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout. You will be within walking distance of top restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning city views that make every stay unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in beautiful views of Gulf Shores. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to the 7th-floor hospitality area with games, space to relax, or the perfect spot to watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.\

The condo served all our family’s needs. It was central located and the unit was clean when we arrived. I am defiantly booking again if and when we come back to visit. One rug in master bedroom needs to be replaced it was collecting a lot of sand and mold was setting in. But everything else was perfect! The pool was an added bonus!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a blast at this condo. The kids thought it was a "penthouse"! Location, location, location is what makes this place incredible. The rooftop pool and indoor gaming area was perfect for our crew. We will be staying here again!

Great location!

Clean and spacious! Loved the location and views with the balconies. Pool was a little chilly and wish we could have stayed up there on the rooftop past 10pm. Overall GREAT experience!

on the beach and close to everything, the only bad thing is it would have been nice to have a gas grill to cook the steaks on but other than that perfect

We could not have had a better location! We were so close to everything. Hardly, used the rental car as we could walk to any place we needed something.

The perfect hangout spot!

This place is incredible! Four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a large balcony with an amazing view and access to an amazing rooftop pool! The property is not overly crowded, loading and unloading was simple and it is easy to get in and out of the building (no long elevator lines). If you have a large group of friends/family, this place is for you!

Excellent all around. Beds were comfortable. Beach access was a plus. Had all the kitchen necessities. Big open living/kitchen space. Wasn’t a beach front, but side view of the beach was awesome. Perfect location for everything you need. We’ll be back!

The condo was beautiful. Very clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. The only downside was the noise (being on the street side)- especially at night. It is worth the extra cost to choose ocean view. We had a wonderful time here and hope to come back in the future.

Not happy with our stay

We couldnt get anyone to answer us through the host via the app. The room was not clean at all, the smoke alarms went off for no reason in our room for over 30 mins., the dryer was so loud it sounded like it was about to break, there were no kitchen towels or pot holders.

the property is really quite nice. The property works well and is VERY functional. The blend between the loading area permits and then overnight parking looked odd at first, but when you read the instructions that were sent, it worked great. I also felt great out the access codes and how it all worked. Thank you!
