On the first floor, a living-dining room (TV, DVD, …), a walk-in closet, a half-bath with sink, and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer and all appliances.
The corner sofa can be used as a bed for two people.

- A master suite with a closet/wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Double bed: 160 x 190 cm
- Two spacious bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. One bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed; the other has two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
A 500-square-meter garden in a quiet setting with no neighbors directly across and an unobstructed view, featuring garden furniture, a parasol, and lounge chairs, facing south. The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view, and to have meals there at lunchtime and in the evening.
The house meets the latest standards for comfort and functionality, featuring high-quality bedding.
Upon arrival, you’ll find coffee (bean-to-cup coffee machine), tea, sugar, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and more.
Free private parking in front of the house.
The house has fiber-optic internet and Orange TV.
Linens (sheets, towels, beach towels, dish towels) are provided.
This house can be rented together with the house at 2253432 for a total of 5 bedrooms and 10 sleeping spots. The two houses are next to each other.
Access via the A13 (Deauville exit) or by train (Trouville-Deauville station).
