Our log cabin is practically brand new and right on the river.If you need more space check out the Buckeye lodge near by.Full access to the national forest from our property,hiking, and atv riding.Fishing in our 5 acre stocked lake.We allow a one night rental, however we have to charge a cleaning fee of 60.00.You can pay that in cash upon arrival. There is no lifeguard of course . Fish at your own risk. Extra guest over two are only 17.00 per person, per night.

Very nice cabin with plenty of space and everything we needed. Very private, nicely decorated and clean. Excellent price for all the space! Terry was extremely hospitable and even dropped by to see if there was anything we need. We will definitely rent again if we return to the area. Thanks Terry!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Clean, updated, plenty of space, privacy on the property, affordable - the list goes on. My friends and I truly had the best time and I would definitely recommend it!

Great place!

Had a group of 5 adults riding SXS's for a few days. We had 3 machines. Plenty of parking and easy access to the trails. Terry was amazing and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location

Mr Terry has a beautiful setup with both of his cabins. If you’re looking for a great place to stay and ride trails or just get away and relax on the back porch and listen to the creek this is the place. Will be staying here a couple times a year to hit the trails.

We had a wonderful stay at both of Terrys cabins. He was an extremely gracious host. In addition to having a beautiful well stocked cabin, he was always accessible, and gave us good advise on things to see. Would rent from him again and definitely recommend. Thanks again

Beautiful and peaceful

This nicely sized cabin is very well maintained, was cozy(so many super soft throw blankets, comfy beds& couches), and had everything we needed. The creek was flowing in June and we got to see many deer in the front pasture/tree line. We had a great stay and I wish we would’ve had longer to stay!

Place is beautiful. Stayed here with another couple we went 4 wheeling with. A+++

Came to Combs from Michigan to 4 wheel with good size group of friends who stayed in other rentals. Everyone was jealous of this place. Highly recommend. Terry was a perfect host. When we come back to this area again I would adjust our dates to make sure we could stay here again.

Quiet Get Away.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The cabin feel was just what we were looking for. The back porch overlooked a beautiful creek and it made for a quiet, relaxing space. Perfect for our morning cup of coffee. The rooms had great options for sleeping arrangements. Prepare for groceries ahead of time, as there is not much around but that was perfect for us!

Perfect cabin for a valentines getaway the kitchen was nice for cooking 2 fantastic meals, and the house was very clean and well decorated. They had plenty of games here for us to keep us entertained and a beautiful backyard with the bluest creek.

Excellent Stay

The houses were great we had alot of room to park the trailers and easy access to the houses they were all open and lit up because we came in at 9 PM we found the common area to be great. The owner was great he came and got the garbage each day. The creek in the back of the house was wonderful the grill we used twice just bring your own charcoal. Great place for a large group. Just make sure you get a map from Mulberry Mtn it is well marked. You can ride any county road not a issue but be careful on the FS roads as they are not all rideable. Enjoy.

Cabin in AR

Place was great! Right on the creek and looks just like pictures. Washer didn't work but Terry responded quickly and let us use one at his camp that is located just across the street. Which is amazing!! We had a blast visiting over there. Zip lines, underground slide, fishing, paddle boats. We will be booking again in the future for sure!
