This stunning 3 bedroom/3 bath PENTHOUSE condo is located in the waterfront community in the heart of Gulf Shores known as the Lighthouse Condominiums. This stylishly-appointed corner unit rises majestically above the sugar white, sandy beaches and boasts a private wraparound patio with breathtaking views! This quiet, spacious condo offers 2 sets of adult queen size bunk beds and provides spectacular views from the living/dining/kitchen areas, as well as master bedroom and one guest room.

One of the most popular destinations for an amazing Gulf front vacation you will find. This centrally located property just 0.6 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, AL provides guests with easy travels to the heart of Gulf Shores, Gulf State Park, the Wharf and other top area shops, restaurants and attractions. You are just steps to mini-markets, beach shops and the Hangout! Only a 15-minute car ride to the famous Flora Bama to listen to great live music and enjoy a Bushwhacker, of course! The Gulf front, inviting master bedroom features a jetted tub, a separate shower and large private balcony access. High Speed internet and 4 flat screen televisions with Dish Network help keep you connected, if you want to be. However, the two large outdoor pools, two hot tubs and spacious sun decks help to ensure relaxation for all. Amenities also include a climate controlled indoor pool and a Gulf facing, state of the art fitness center and sauna. The perfect combination of comfort and recreation. Three levels of onsite parking are available with both covered and uncovered spaces to choose from.

A notification for all guests:
A 'No Smoking' policy was adopted at the Board of Directors meeting on Friday, September 18, 2015. This policy went into effect January 1, 2016 and will also include a prohibition on e-cigarettes, vapes, etc. Smoking will be prohibited in all outdoor common areas such as the pool and hot tub decks, parking garage, 1st floor east and west passageways, and the 3 boardwalks to the beach. Smoking will also be prohibited in enclosed common areas such as elevators, 2nd floor office and conference room, elevator lobbies, public restrooms, fitness center, and indoor pool area in accordance with The City of Gulf Shores Clean Air Ordinance 1478. As of January 1, 2018, the Lighthouse Board of Directors has also included all south-side Gulf front balconies in the restricted areas prohibiting smoking.

Perfect beach condo for getaway

The property was just as expected from the photos and very comfortable for our large family. This is our second stay at Lighthouse Condominiums, we love this property, parking and safety we feel while staying here. The condo was set up well with what we needed to feel like we lived there during our stay. It’s nice to feel like you’re at home and this condo did just that. Brenda communicated well, with easy instructions as well as notes and guidelines inside of the condo so their things weren’t used incorrectly. I really very much appreciated the master bedroom having a rug on the floor to avoid taking any extra sand to bed with you. The mattresses were very comfortable, the master was very, very soft which worried me at first because I like a firm bed, but it was like sleeping on a cloud. The wrap around patio was fantastic and this condo was on the side closest to the lifeguard station which gave us additional comfort on the beach. The elevator on our side stopped working shortly into our 18 day stay and was still down when we left, but thankfully there were 4 more to choose from with a little further walk. The unit had some sand toys in the utility room the kids enjoyed borrowing. No complaints at all, it was a very nice and relaxing trip for us and just what we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and allowing us the opportunity to have a home away from home this summer.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was spacious, clean, the beds were soft, the balcony was amazing for sunrise and sunset views.Our hosts were always available with any questions we might have had.Check in and check out were easy.Being right on the beach, our view was also incredible!We can’t actually say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

Sunrise and sunset!!

This property is wonderful and this penthouse is perfect! You can see the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony while looking over the beautiful beach and pools.

Awesome Fall Break Trip!!!

We had the best time staying in this condo. I have always stayed at the Lighthouse Condos and this was by far the best one yet. The condo was fully equipped with anything we would need, very clean and beautiful!!! Communication with the owner was great, Brenda was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely stay here again!!

Annual family vacation

2nd year we have stayed here and we absolutely love it! Great unit with plenty of room, very clean, well stocked, well maintained and you can’t beat the location and view!! Host was fantastic with communication through the entire process.

Amazing property!

This condo was amazing! It had an amazing view, and was very spacious. It was super clean, and had very comfortable beds and furniture! The property manager was super nice and friendly, and made communication very easy. Will definitely recommend this place to any one!

Look No Further. 5 Stars.....

Look no further, this is the condo to rent. 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You are the top condo on the left wing when looking at the condo from the street. With the shape of the condo your balcony will have sun, and shade throughout the entire day. So you can choose where to sit. It is awesome. It is Private. We spent many hours enjoying the sounds and the breeze of the evening and enjoying the amazing view of the stars at night. Now the inside. It is setup very well and they have everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The condo has plenty of room for large families. We stayed in the beginning of June and we had no issues waiting for elevators etc. The condo does have 3 pools and 2 hot tubs, 3 private beach access points with running water to wash the sand off of you. We did not have any issues with the condo or wanted for anything else. Definitely would rent again if we are back that way.

Family Vacation 2023

We try to plan a family trip to gulf shores every Fall. This unit was by far the best condo we have stayed in for many reasons. First off as a corner unit it offers extra privacy along with breathtaking views of the gulf! The Condo itself was very clean and set up perfect for a family. The property managers were easy to reach and helpful. The parking garage made it easy to park near your unit. Also have to mention the pool areas. They were very large and accessible for all ages. There was not an issue with overcrowding due to having 3 pool areas, two hot tubs and tons of patio seating. Over all great experience that we would recommend to all of our family and friends.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This family vacation was planned because our daughter was heading to college and we wanted the most relaxing space that wasn't far from restaurants and activities. This was perfect for our family of four with a 17 and 18-year old. Even with the August heat, we enjoyed the large balcony every morning and evening. We especially enjoyed the sectional sofa! It was big enough for all of us to hang out and play games and watch tv. Parasailing and jet skis rentals were convenient, just a couple condos over on the beach. We paid to have umbrellas and chairs set out on the beach during our stay and the workers were very friendly and attentive. We were within walking distance of restaurants and a market and the elevators were quick. We would vacation here again!

Breathtaking

Had the most enjoyable stay from the start. Walking in we immediately were blown away from the gorgeous views of the Gulf! It was almost as if you were floating over the water! We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony as we watched the Dolphins swim by! The balcony was very large and our family so enjoyed it in the evenings too after a long day on the beach. And the Sunsets on that balcony were so Beautiful! The Dolphins would also swim by in the evenings too! Very clean Condo and nicely furnished! Great communication with the owners, if we had any questions they were answered in a timely manner! We will be returning again!!!

Another great family vacation

Loved this condo for our family vacay! Big enough for 10 of us, we could all sit in the living room area together every night. Great location right on the beach with chair/umbrella service available and close to restaurants and Walmart to shop for groceries. Can’t wait to return next year.

Second stay

This was our second stay at this condo. Came with our son & his family primarily to fish. Love the proximity the pier. Also enjoyed the pools and beach. Great location directly on the beach. Balcony is large enough for all 7 of us. Great trip celebrating grandson’s high school graduation!

Family Vacation for 8

This property was beautiful! The beds were very comfy, kitchen completely stocked, the balcony was enormous and it could actually fit our whole family of 8 and then some! We enjoyed the puzzle and playing cards as well as the pool floats. Our favorite was the couch! We pushed the ottoman to the middle and all 8 of us we able to fit together and watch tv as a family. We had no issues with the unit itself. We did however have a few cons about the community property; the pools were very warm and often very dirty, there is absolutely no shade in the pool area so it was very hot during the day with no relief from the sun, the elevators on the side of the building took a very long time to come(5-10minutes during busy times) and the vestibule with the elevators was very, very warm even in the early morning. We did visit during a holiday week so some of these things are understandable. These “cons” however would not keep us from staying here again. We had a wonderful time and love visiting Gulf Shores!!

Great beach vaca

Great condo! The views are incredible. We had our family of five and it was so nice to have space for everyone! The cooler days, it was nice for kids to have option of indoor swimming and hot tub. Host was very responsive - checkin and checkout were a breeze! Would definitely stay again.
