*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS INSIDE THE CONDO, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)

*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND PRESENT AT THE CONDO (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)

*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)

*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE CONDO AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST

*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE CONDO AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed at this vacation home)

*NO PETS ALLOWED

*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS BEACH OR POOL TOWELS, ETC

*NO TOWELS ARE TO BE HUNG FROM BALCONY (resort management reserves the right to remove your group from the premises should anything be dropped or thrown from the balcony. No towels, bathing suits, etc are permitted to be hung. Do not attempt to feed the birds from your balcony)

*QUIET HOURS FROM 11PM-8AM (maintaining the peace with our neighbors and our reputation within the resort is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the resort will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)

*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)

*DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN (it is a safety hazard and will cause moisture to build inside the condo, which can result in mildew)

*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING
