Peaceful Palms

Beat the vacation traffic when you stay within walking distance to Pier Park! Enjoy gorgeous Gulf-front views from this 4th floor newly remodeled beachfront condo in the most desirable location in Panama City Beach. Located in Calypso Resort, this condo is steps away from various restaurants, a movie theater, shopping, and lots of other entertainment.

Calypso is a Caribbean-style paradise overlooking the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is a five-minute walk to Pier Park. We encourage you to take advantage of all the activities available right outside your door during your stay with us. Grab a drink at the resort tiki bar and relax by one of two swimming pools. If the beach is what you desire, feel free to enjoy the premium beach chairs and umbrella service included with this condo rental. You will also find an array of ocean sports, including sailboating, parasailing, kayaking, and jet skiing.

This one bedroom, two bath will sleep four guests comfortably, however, the condo is rated for five guests. Unobstructed Gulf views can be seen from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom from our beautifully coastal decorated condo. The stylish and comfortable living room is furnished with new seating for your group. The sleeper sofa has an upgraded queen mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from baking muffins to cooking an excellent breakfast or dinner for your family. A new dining table and chairs have recently been added for eating or playing games with the family to make your vacation even more memorable. The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed - wrapped in super-soft white linens and high-end pillows for a fantastic night's sleep. The master bedroom offers its own balcony access and expansive Gulf views. The en-suite bathroom offers double sinks and a newly remodeled large shower. Start each morning and finish each night with a mimosa or cocktail from the comfort of your balcony. We have added two lounging chairs for balcony relaxation and a high pub table for dining, so you don't miss a minute of the view. Dolphins are spotted almost daily from the balcony.

For your peace of mind, the condo is professionally cleaned between visits so that it is sparkling clean and ready for you upon arrival. The entire bedding set is removed after each guest, and new freshly washed bedding is brought in just for you. This is only mentioned because some only clean the top blanket after the third guest. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the laundry/mudroom for your convenience. You can also leave your sandy beach toys in this area to keep the rest of the condo clean during your stay.

Perfect view from fourth floor. Pier Park shops & restaurants, Walmart, everything you could ever need within walking distance. Rooms, bed and furnishings are all very nice. Huge walk in showers are amazing. Owner was friendly, helpful, easy to contact and communicate with. Absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience. We will be coming back here again. This is the place to stay in PCB.

Perfect getaway

We have been coming to PCB for the last 10 years, and consistently stay at the Calypso, but always bounce around from condo to condo. We FINALLY Have found the condo we will return to over and over in the years to come. This condo is absolutely PERFECT! Christi is the absolute best host! We look forward to coming back to this condo over and over for years to come!

The Perfect Beach Condo!!

This property truly exceeded our expectations. The property is decorated beautifully, clean, and stocked with all the essentials. A dual coffee maker, fans, plenty of dishes, extra blankets and pillows, etc. The communication with the owner was fantastic. They always responded very quickly to all my questions. We will definitely return to this property in the future! 😊

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing time and the condo was everything we expected and more. We highly recommend and hope to stay again soon. Our only negative was the pool and staff that patrolled. They were rude to us and we didn’t break any rules. 7 days and we were in the pool only twice. We just avoided the pool and enjoyed the beach.

Perfect all the way around.

Truly was a great reservation. Very nice condo, from master bed, to both full bathrooms, kitchen and nice balcony furniture. Zero complaints. A/C was having issues before arrival, property manager let me know before check in and had it handled ASAP on a Sunday evening. Couldn’t be happier or have asked for a better experience.

Awesome property, looks just like the photos. Owner Christi is extremely nice and always responds to messages or calls in a timely manner. The unit is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family vacation. I could tell the unit was recently renovated and was very pleased with the decor.

Beach Vacation ☀️

When we walked into the condo everything smelt so fresh and clean! The condo automatically felt like home on arrival. The condo is exactly as pictured on the listing. This is one of the BEST condos we have stayed at while at the Calypso. The location, great communication, and cleanliness make this condo a step above the others. Having beach chairs was also an extra plus! We hope to be back again soon! 🌊☀️

Last minute getaway

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location was great, NYE fireworks were great and just a very enjoyable few days. Would recommend this to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. This condo is directly on the beach with a wonderful view of the ocean. I am very picky on where we stay, I will say this place is immaculate. We walked in the door and this place smelled so good and was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures ( if not better). Also the mattress was a plus….my husband has a bad back and normally has to get up at night but he slept all night. Which was great for him. We would definitely rent again in the future. It’s also walking distance to pier park. I would highly recommend this condo.

Labor Day Weekend

I had the pleasure of staying at Christi's condo recently, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and had every amenity one could need. Christi was an amazing host and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was incredibly responsive with any questions we had and was always available to help. I would highly recommend staying at Christi's condo and will definitely be back!

Great extended weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Christie’s place! It was very clean and neat! Just perfect for 2 adults as a last minute getaway before school starts/kid craziness! Condo is located directly on the beach and right next to the elevator, which is fantastic for quick in and out to the pool/beach/garage (never heard the elevator so don’t let that deter you)! We ran to Walmart (1/2 mile away) and got breakfast items to cook then walked to lunch and dinner in and around Pier Park. Such beautiful sunsets - just sit on the balcony and relax! Bed is comfy, linens were great. We didn’t watch tv as we were either sitting on the beach, walking the beach or swimming in the ocean. My advice is take the provided beach chairs/umbrella from the condo so you don’t have to rent the blue loungers. The condo would be great for a family w 1-2 children as well as the couch folds into a bed. Christie was wonderful to communicate with! We already want to go back!!!

Will for sure return!.

We LOVED this condo. It was such a wonderful experience. I have ocd so there’s a lot of anxiety for me staying places. But this condo was so clean and tidy it was a relief walking in for sure. And the owner is so kind she was easy to get ahold of and made sure we was happy with everything and even left us little complimentary gifts. 10/10!
