Nestled in the center of Natchez this beautiful 2nd story space is in a historic building built in the 1800's. This space is adapted from its original office spaces to a charming apartment. It is quiet and relaxing. This whole apartment rental hosts 4 private bedrooms as well as a two couches, dining area and living room. Because of its original layout as an office space the powder room is in one room and a large closet was converted to a shower room. The sitting area also has a very comfortable couch as well as the living room. There is a smart TV in the living room hosting Hulu and limited local channels. Located on a quiet street where a horse drawn carriage can be seen passing by multiple times per day, this apartment is in the center of the city and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. . This rental is on the 2nd floor and is not suitable for families with infants or toddlers.

Great location

The location was great. What would make this a 5 start location for a family is a kitchen and another bathroom. For a place to sleep and enjoy the city, it’s great.

Mother Daughter Trip

Very close to EVERYTHING!! The building is very old but well maintained. The beds are really comfortable. The larger room definitely could use a fan for some airflow. The restaurant, Planet Thailand, right next door and very delish food.

St Paddy’s in Natchez

Great weekend in Natchez! Very centrally located to all things in downtown including restaurants and the Natchez Brewery. Will definitely use this bnb again in the future!

Christmas in Natchez

We came down for a "girls" family weekend in Natchez. The apartment was perfect for us! The location is hard to beat, close to shopping and we had good parking also. We loved it!

Girls Trip

Our girls trip stay at 118 B&B was great! Located in downtown Natchez, the quiet and comfortable apartment has character that blended in with the historic charm of Natchez. The half bathroom and separate shower are on the small size but was doable for our group. The kitchen is also small and limited but we only ate our breakfast at the apartment and tried many excellent restaurants in Natchez for the rest of our meals. We were always able to park on the street in front of the building and were minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable with fans and heaters available in each bedroom.

Great Downtown Locations / Could be cleaner

Overall, this stay was good enough for the short time that we actually spent inside of the home. The one complaint we had was cleanliness. The property seemed to be pretty dirty all around. The sheets and blankets seemed to not have been washed but rather re-used from a prior stay, which we did not like at all. The entire property itself could use some TLC. Other than that, the stay was fine enough.

Girls trip

We visited for my sister’s bachelorette trip and we had an amazing time! Natchez is such a cute town for a girls trip with lots of food options and antique shops, which we LOVED! This B&B was so perfect! The location was very ideal to walk to mostly to what we wanted downtown. The place itself was so cute, clean and fit our party perfectly! The owner was beyond accommodating! The weekend we went happened to be a very cold weekend…the central heat does not work in the house and there was not enough heaters per room. The owner went out at 10pm to get us more…she was so nice! She also owns a Thai restaurant next door and food was amazing as well as so perfect to enjoy a few drinks and walk 10 steps back to the house. Overall an amazing weekend and experience with this rental! Would def book again!

A bit misleading with the ad photos and information

It was in a great location; however, the entrance door needs work and is difficult to unlock/lock. Also, according to the ad info & photos, we were led to believe there was a bath and 1/2, when actually there is one half bath with a sink and toilet and the shower is in a closet down the hall!! DISAPPOINTED!! While everything LOOKED clean, there was a musty odor throughout the apartment. But we made to most of it and were only there to freshen up and sleep.
