The Cabanon and bedrooms
The outbuilding, renovated in october 2024 for better ventilation, houses 4 comfortable bedrooms. Each room has an en suite shower room and WC for maximum comfort and privacy.

Outside and equipment

Enjoy the atmosphere of the South-West with a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, fridge, sink. The swimming pool (unheated), secured by an alarm, is open from May to September. There are also two terraces: one covered with a large outdoor table seating 14, and the other on the lounge side with garden furniture perfect for socialising.

On the first floor, the master bedroom opens onto a secure terrace where you can relax in total peace and quiet. On the second floor, the master bedroom opens onto a secure, air-conditioned terrace.

The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

A few minutes walk away is a playground for children.

Ideally located, it is 10 minutes by car from the beach of Pyla, the Dune du Pilat, the Lake of Cazaux, and Arcachon, and 15 minutes from the ocean beaches.

The villa is located in a residential area. It is requested to maintain a reasonable level of noise and not to cause any disturbance at night.

We don't allow parties because, although the house is very quiet and out of sight, it is located on a housing estate. We don't allow parties at all.
Included in the housekeeping fee is: Linen & this will include: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small & large towel, shower mat & tea towel (hotel linen)

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open. It is open from May to September.
