Reduced Christmas - New Years Special - Spacious and Dog Friendly!

Relax and enjoy time with family and friends in a spacious townhome with lake views and great amenities. Our property has spacious rooms for large groups. Sleeps 15 comfortably but could sleep more. Great views of the lake from two back patios. Walking distance to the pool, golf course, weight room, restaurant and dock. Your fury family friends are also welcome. $125 Pet Fee (Dogs Only) per stay not per night for the first 2 dog. $150 additional Fee per additional dog. Also includes access to our gated 50-acre community park and boat ramp. Our park is the home of one of the best sand beaches in TEXAS!! You can back your vehicle(s) right down to the water's edge. This is also where our golf cart comes in handy. It is literally a sand beach, so bring your canopy, Ice chests, and beach chairs for some amazing fun in the sun.

Great place, plenty of bedrooms, very close to pool and beach

We had a great time, owner was very responsive! We had one small issue and it was taken care of immediately! We will definitely stay here again. Everything was very well stocked!

Fantastic place, great host!!!!

Our family visited the area to see some shows and we could not have been happier about our stay. The place is spacious and comfortable. The outside deck was very nice, and being able to bbq and cook was a breeze. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. Beds were very comfy, and showers had great water pressure. Thanks to Sara who made everything super easy, and was a fantastic host!!!!!

GREAT property. Photos don’t do it justice! So much space for friends to spend a good weekend together. Rent the golf cart!! It’s worth it to go to the beach and around the neighborhood

Awesome experience!

This property was beautiful! My group was all adults, but this place is set up perfectly for several families. We were amazed at the number of beds! And the beds were so comfortable!! The community is lovely as well. You can walk out the front door and see lots of deer. <3 Don't miss out on staying here!

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious!

We visited this house with 6 adults for a golf weekend. The house is just a few houses down from a 9 hole course that has a fun little bar with live music on weekends. Communication with hosts was great and all around we had a fabulous time. Highly recommend!

Great Lake Travis House

We had a large group, family with lots of young kids looking for a place for our annual lake trip. This townhouse was perfect! Everyone had a bed and bathroom which is hard to find! Large gym on the property, pool, playground, and swimming beach so everyone had something to do. We rented a boat two days that was a 15-20min drive to meet. Kitchen well stocked, we ate in every night. Propane was full so we could grill. It was quite hot when we stayed so did not utilize deck much but it is wonderful with swing as well. Sara was easily accessible and although we had no issues she checked in to make sure we were able to get in ok. Highly recommend this vrbo and look forward to staying again!

Lots of sleep options

This was my second time staying at this property. The abundance of sleeping areas was the primary reason for returning. The owner provided lots of beach and bath towels and even life vests. The Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a toaster. There were not enough toiletries for the number of guests (12), 3 nights. Single travel size toiletries were provided and the products varied in each bathroom. For instance some had shampoo or conditioner but no soap or body wash. There were no additional trash bags. A guest brought some so we never got around to contacting the owner about them. The sponge for dishes was thought to be missing but it was in a drawer. The Check out procedures were easy. The balcony swing and seating was great. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to questions. There were a couple of spots that could be cleaned better but overall everyone had a good time and we would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had such a great time even though the lake was so low. House had plenty of beds for our large family. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and loved feeding all the deer! Some even ate out of their hands!! Everything was very clean. Kitchen is week stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Will definitely stay here again.

Mother’s 50th birthday

This place is absolutely beautiful and Sara was awesome to work with! Had no problem checking in, the house was clean, and had plenty of room for our friends and family! Beach access was easy to get to (about 2 mins down the road) so we were able to use our jet skis and hangout down there. Overall, I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to others! Thanks again Sara!

New Years to remember

This is a great property for a large group. There are plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. With 6 bedrooms, the home offers 7 actual beds, and 2 futons. One large room has two full/queen beds and the futons are in the adjoining upstairs living space. The balcony provides a great view of the lake. Unfortunately, the lake was down during our stay and there was no water on our end of the cove, but it was still a very peaceful stay. The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans, as well as utensils to cook with. The refrigerator does not make ice, so you’ll need to pick some up before getting to the house. The downstairs master bedroom has a private bathroom, a private balcony, and a very comfortable bed. There is a window unit for cooling that works very well, but the temp went from 80 on Friday to 24 on Sunday and there was not a heater (that we found) big enough to heat the room. It was very cold when the temp dropped outside throughout the house, and especially downstairs. The house has smart TVs which are great, but you have to have apps and be able to login to the providers if you want to watch anything other than movies. Specifically, as we did, it was playoff season for college football and we had to purchase Sling to be able to watch the games. Once we did that it was great. The view is beautiful and the wildlife watching, especially of the herds of deer, made it very special. There is a trash bin located on property to dispose of your trash, and the checkout procedures were not cumbersome like with some VRBO properties. Over all, this is a great house, neighborhood and location, and the owner was communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Lake House

This home is made for a nice family, couples retreat, or nice adult and children getaway. From check in to check out it was very smooth. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need away from home such as, nice pots, pans, baking dishes, eating dishes, utensils, even seasonings you may forget to cook with. If the home doesn’t have what you need, there is a family grocery like 10-15 minutes away and an HEB like 40 minutes away. The home is being renovated and there is a lake that is behind it that you can walk to from the lake home. We visited for Thanksgiving and made memories with our family. We had a great time and neighbors are friendly. There are deers and family of deers that walk about freely but they were okay for us. Overall we would stay here again.

Spacious and Clean Home

Once you hit 40, sleep becomes top priority for a girls weekend. Finding a place anywhere near Austin that allows for so many people to have their own bed/room is near impossible unless you want to pay $8K a night. This home is clean, spacious, and gracious.

amazing view everything we needed was available in the house. exceptional cleanliness

we had such a great time in this home, property owners are super nice and always available to answer any questions. We had rented a boat from another website however the boat had mechanical issues and they had to cancel us. What could have been a disaster turned into a great time because everything we needed could be found in the property. We had our own private access to the lake, there was plenty of chairs, floaties, life jacket and even a few toys for the kids. Great location with a stunning view of the lake. lots of deer around the neighborhood, which the kids all enjoyed watching. The property was extremely clean and had everything kitchen tool we needed. we will definitely be booking this property again.

Family vacation

We had a large group and this house was perfect! Such a fun neighborhood:) deer everywhere, you can walk to pool, gym & fun restaurant on the water! And a beachy lake area and playground is a 5 min drive. We had a GREAT TIME

Perfect house for large family

My family friends and I have enjoyed vacationing together for the past 7 years. This year we had the perfect house. Plenty of privacy for 3 Adult couples. Plenty of space for a group of teenage boys and another group of young ladies... Private park access and feeding Pointe Venture Pups (all the deer) were a highlight. We will stay again without a doubt. And Sara... One of the most communicative and organized hosts you will ever have.
