Small & Comfortable

The flat was small and comfortable. It was set in a good neighbourhood. We stayed there during the warmest times of the year and we were impressed our host put in an extra air conditioner. Nice place!

Great location between “C” Street and Downtown

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting for work on our home to completed. Very good accommodations for the price. Very convenient for lots of great places to eat! Not the fanciest place but it is a very good value for the price. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for no more cooking than we did. Nice TV once I could figure out how to turn it on. It is the upstairs unit so getting luggage up the stairs was an issue but it was also quieter having no one above us. We would stay again.

Cozy stay!

Upon arrival we were able to get into the house easily, but then our room code did not work. We messaged the host and he responded within a minute with a working code! The room is only air conditioned by a window unit, which was not turned on when we arrived so it was quite warm. Thankfully we turned the unit on and after coming back from an evening out the place was plenty cool. The king sized bed was great! The kitchen was also awesome. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed, but a baking sheet for the oven. Shower is a bit small, but works well. There were lots of cute, thoughtful touches throughout the whole place. Overall, a very nice stay. Would recommend 👍

Nightmare on Lynn Street

My wife and I wanted to explore the city of Springfield for a getaway weekend. As soon as we entered the unit, the fresh smell of Frito & dog hit us in the face. The stove top was not cleaned, the fridge was not cleaned and had food caked onto it. The sofa leg was broken, which is a safety hazard. The last straw was seeing the shower drain with left over hair. It was absolutely disgusting. We left 15 mins after arriving to search for a cleaner and safer location. We have called & messaged the host multiple times throughout the weekend. We have yet to hear back from him. We had to drive around to find a hotel and spend more money than what we needed to. Do NOT book this unit!! The description does not fit the actual unit. Another safety matter was that there was not a deadbolt on the door to the room. Also, the balcony door was unlocked when we arrived, so anyone could have entered the unit. This is extremely disappointing. We have been demanding for a refund and we have still not heard back from the host. We took pictures of everything as evidence to help plead our case.

Our host never gave us the code and we emailed himover and over. We had to check into a hotel. Finally the next day he called me but that was too late. But we got our money refunded

Great little place! Very clean. Nicely decorated. Close to Commercial Street with fun places to explore. Would stay here again!!

Located right off of Campbell, Just a short drive to Bass Pro Shops, MSU, Mercy, or downtown, what ever the case may be this Airbnb is less than a 10 minute drive to all the essentials of the city, Perfect for travel nurses, or cliental looking for longer stays. Only half a mile away from the Historic Commercial Street that offers splendid cafes and places to dine-in such as Cusco's Café, Van Goughs Eteriee, and Eurasia Coffee.

Your stay here includes a pristine king size bed to provide you the best sleep possible as well a sleeper sofa that is incredibly comfortable in case you have an extra guest. Your experience here also includes a reading corner, cabinets fully stocked with amenities, cleaning supplies, and utensils in which will provide you with the proper sojourn here at this lovely apartment, such as;
