Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great place to stay

A great place to stay, family friendly, the view was nice and there is washer/dryer in the apt which is always a plus when traveling with a family. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

My wife and I had a great stay over Christmas holidays. Great place, clean, bed was comfortable, beach chairs and coolers made the beach days easy. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach Resort! The check in/out process was very easy and we had all that we needed for our stay. They had an excellent pool and entertainment area as well as private beach to take in the sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location, great memories

The location and beach access can’t be beat especially for people who have accessibility issues like me husband. The beach is a short walk away and parking is very accessible. Sugar beach in itself is very centrally located. The condo was very clean and does need some updating, however, the price was very reasonable compared to some of the other listings that have been updated. We loved it there and have always loved the the sugar beach resort. So sad to say goodbye.

Perfect location with access to tours and airport

This little condo is a gem - step into the lanai and you see and hear the waves. It is very well maintained. It is a short ride to/from OGG unlike resorts on the west side of Maui. Tour operators for Road to Hana and Haleakala pickup and drop off guests from the resort entrance. They are also close to whale watching tours out of Ma'alea harbor. They provide plenty of towels and a few beach amenities like surf boards, chairs etc There is elevator access available

The view was awesome and size of unit.. Things we didn't like very hard bed, not telling us at time of booking that pool would be shut down for aweek, could use extra cooking ideas in kitchen. I enjoy cooking...we also got stuck on elevator for about a half hour. No came to help us so we pride the door open so we could get out..

Not happy

We were not happy with our stay there was no basic condiments like a salt and pepper shaker, nor did it have a bathmat for inside the shower the beach towels were over 20 years old. They were very frail in the sheets for old and I would not stay there again.

Beautiful Spot

The condo was cery clean and comfortable. It had pretty much everything you would need. There is a box on the balcony with beach things and the kitchen is fully stocked. Plus a sweet little welcome present was here. My friends who were in other condos were a bit jealous! Beach is amazing and not busy. Lots of waves to play in. Highly reccommend and I will definitely be back!

Excellent location!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Sugar Beach property & we were in love with the unit! Even though it’s considered a “garden view” we still had an excellent view of the ocean as well as the pool & hot tub (which made it easy to know when it was a good time to head down) 😀 Will definitely be booking again!

Would rent again!

This may not be the most up to date unit, but it was very clean and the view of the pool and beach were wonderful! The sun hits the balcony just right in the morning so you can get some sun without even leaving the 4th floor. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) and the bed was really comfortable. The "Sand Witch" shop downstairs had good food and we ate a couple small meals there. Definitely rent a car. I love that this location was not in the commercial area of the island but the heart of Kehei was just down the road.

Great location

We were so happy to stay at Sugar Beach! Everything was a close drive, lots of restaurants, right on the beach! The condo was very well stocked with lots of stuff to take to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked as well with everything you need! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it!

This was a last minute booking and we actually had several options. We were so happy with our choice! The condo was very clean with all the supplies you could need. We did find chairs and boogie boards in a storage box on the lanai which was very nice! The little shop on sight has very reasonably priced beach items you might also need to buy or rent for the week. The bed is a little hard but some people prefer that and honestly we were so tired at night it wasn’t really an issue. We tried for a late check out but advised that the cleaning crew does not allow it at this time which was a little frustrating but no fault of the condo owners. We would absolutely rent this condo again without hesitation if we were to come back to Maui.
