Holiday Getaway

The location is very convenient to the base area (shops, restaurants, skiing), and the condo is very spacious. We were able to enjoy the hot tubs a few times with no crowds.

Great spot at the Dulany!

We had a great time in this condo. The views are incredible and parking was easy. It's a great base for both summer and winter in Steamboat.

Fun getaway

This was a nice place to stay while we were in town for a baseball tournament. Air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t really hot enough to matter! Definitely would stay here again!

Great Location with plenty of room

Stayed with our family of 5. Very Convenient to the gondola and main square. Had enough room for more than our group. Very clean and well decorated.

Great location

This was a great property. Great location for skiing and plenty of space for us and the kids to spread out. The light switches were a little tricky but once we figured them out we were good to go.

Great Location for Larger Groups

This property was a great size for our family of 7. The location was convenient for activities around the mountain and into town. The property was dirty and needed maintenance/updating.

Small yet large

It was small yet so big. Everything was within reach. Something intimate something I needed. Just enough space for two. I absolutely enjoyed it. Sitting on the balcony listening to nature at night it was simply amazing.

Great list cation in steamboat

Excellent location at the base of the gondola which made for easy back and forth to the lifts and the condo. The condo itself is large and well equipped. The hot tubs were great for a soak at the end of the day. The only drawback is that the unit could use some updating. Also, it would have been nice to have a starter laundry packet.

Amazing location

Perfect location on the mountain with quiet neighbors. I was a little nervous about the "will be towed" signs in the parking lot but didn't have any issues. My only very minor complaint was that the tissues and toilet paper were extremely thin and cheap- my allergies were raging and my nose was totally raw after using their tissues. I'm glad another reviewer mentioned there was no laundry detergent, so I was able to bring my own. The bed I slept on was super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. We didn't need heat or air conditioning while we were there.

Excellent Location

I chose this condo because the listing says air conditioning, The top floor gets hot even in late May. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING that the AC did not work. Maintenance came out twice got it working for about 10 minutes, The beds were very uncomfortable. The comforters desperately need to be replaced. One had a hole and another was worn out and missing buttons. There were several nails in the wall that looked like art had hung there at sometime. On the positive side the location is wonderful and the condo is very spacious.It would be perfect for ski season. The creek just outside the condo was running and we even saw a moose by the creek.Basically the condo needs some TLC.

Not exactly what we had hoped for

The place does not have AC and it was very uncomfortable for myself and my children, as well as another family staying there. It really needs some updating for the price we were paying per night. The screens were broken, the coffee pot broken, remotes with dead batteries, the dryer smells like mold, the 2 king beds were extremely firm and Uncomfortable with sheets that felt like sandpaper. When we first arrived it smelled like smoke, despite it being a non smoking place, a few days later it smelled like smoke again, wondering if maybe it’s a neighboring condo with a smoker coming in through the vents or the open windows we had to have open with fans because we were so hot? The building is in a great location, IF you are visiting during a time when the steamboat ski resort isn’t under construction. The gondola square we were so excited to spend most of our time in, was under construction and most of the business were closed. No more mountain roller coaster, or mini golf or multiple dining options. Would have liked to have a heads up on that! The grounds keepers mow the lawn very early, so we woke up to construction sounds, mowing, and dogs barking very early on. The community hot tub area was a win for the family, the kids were able to hang out in one that wasn’t as hot as the other. One of the balconies we would’ve liked to use was loaded with boxes, they were using it as a storage area. :(

Great place for first trip to Steamboat

Our family stayed here for our trip and it was a great experience. The condo had plenty of room, nice views and was well-kept. My husband enjoyed having the fireplace on in the mornings and evenings and there was plenty of room for a nice family dinner (more cooking utensils would be nice). The condo was very convenient to the mountain- an easy walk back and forth when kids decided they didn’t need their ski jackets! I have to admit I was glad to have my sons with me to carry my suitcase up and down three flights of steps. I was nervous reserving the unit because there weren’t many reviews but it really was an enjoyable stay.

Great location and place

This was the perfect place for two families with little kids. Great location within walking distance to the coaster and mini golf and restaurants. Place was clean and had everything we needed.
