So close to Hunter Mountain you can almost touch it! This luxury family friendly 3 Bed 3.5 Bath mountain retreat is located just across from Hunter Mountain and walking distance to local restaurants and Dolans Lake, 10 min drive from Windham Mtn. It boasts breathtaking mountain views, large deck with a BBQ grill and a hot tub, 4 Roku TV's, wood stove, Washer/Dryer and More. Enjoy skiing, hiking, ziplining, star gazing (no light pollution!) from your own private hot tub. Come, relax and unwind!

The space
This beautiful and sparkling clean 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom mountain retreat boasts magnificent mountain views year round. Enjoy direct ski slope views from the hot tub after skiing. The house has three master bedrooms each equipped with Roku TVs, and each with their own bathroom. There is a separate 1/2 bath conveniently located by the upstairs living room. This home has a beautiful upstairs master bedroom with a large, remodeled full bathroom with custom shower. Fully-stocked kitchen has oven & stove-top, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. The large open living room features a Jotul wood stove and a large Roku TV. The sliding doors from the dining room lead to a large deck with a hot tub overlooking a gorgeous mountain view.
Spectrum high speed WiFi perfect for remote work. There is a dedicated workspace for remote work or study. A variety of favorite board games for you and yours to enjoy. A roaring fire will keep you warm even on the coldest nights.
There is A/C in the living room for the summer months, and there is a tower fan in each bedroom.
The house comes fully stocked with all the essentials you need to have your ultimate mountain getaway! Towels, linens and all kitchen basics are provided. Ideal for 10 people to enjoy. It's the perfect place to recharge and vacation with your entire family.

Other things to note
There are security cameras located under the deck overlooking the parking area to ensure safety of our guests. It does not look into any interior spaces.

Great place for a getaway with family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay- 3 families with 6 adults and 3 kids. Clean and fun and great area- we hiked and went to hunter mountain!

Great location, Nice mostly renovated condition. We defintely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place. The only downside for us, given that we stayed during the summer is that the master bedroom on the 2nd floor can get hot at night, even with the fan on.

This was the perfect house for our trip to Hunter Mountain. It is literally across the street with a beautiful view of the mountain. We loved having a full bath for each bathroom. The hot tub was fabulous. We would watch them groom the slopes while sitting in it each night. It was also close to some great dining options. My teen boys said the bunk beds were super comfortable!

Great location, and value!

Location was amazing, make sure you eat breakfast at the bagel shop down the street. So close to everything we wanted to do. The property was very nice but honestly were only slept there! Great choice.

This villa was spacious clean and cozy! The deck is nice and big with a beautiful mountain view. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and nice!

Nice view of the mt from the hottub

Nice home close to the entrance to the ski resort. We went in the summertime, so we enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. We also used the indoor fireplace at night time. Comfy beds and clean home.

Overall it was a nice stay and Mike and Natalia were always available but there is no a/c so it was extremely hot. More recommended for the winter months.

Lovely Getaway

The property was perfect for a long weekend stay for my family of 5. The house was very clean and fully stocked. The view from the porch is lovely and calming, as is the neighborhood. The house is situated within a close drive to several other towns with a never-ending list of hiking spots nearby. Great mountain retreat!

Fantastic Winter Vacation Home

This beautiful winter vacation home is just as advertised. Perfect location within a few minutes of Hunter Mountain, with a gorgeous view of the mountain from the home. It is extremely well maintained. It is very clean with all the necessary amenities. Relaxing in the hot tub was a hit! We highly recommend this property if you're thinking of spending a few days or more near Hunter Mountain!

Lovely Vacation House

We had a lovely time - this house is exactly at listed if not nicer. Hot tub is on a raised deck with a lovely view of hunter mountain. Lovely modern kitchen, great space for family to spend time together. Lots of nice amenities included. House is right off the main road but in a forested and very quiet area - you would never guess how close you are! We had a fabulous time!

Great location, awesome home. My sister and i both have 2 kids each all the same age groups. The kids loved the double bunk and the hot tub.Even if you're not into skiing the view makes any cabin cozy day complete. Plus!! Wood burning stove with wood provided Would recommend!

Beautiful Catskills Getaway

Natalia and Mike went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and fun getaway for our 3 families. The home is nicely renovated, clean, big enough to spread out, yet open concept so we can be together for dining, games or watching a movie. The hot tub was a bonus! It is a short 15-20 min drive to the Kaaterskill Falls, and plenty of hiking. Unfortunately the quaint little main town was pretty quiet and partly closed down, I imagine still due to Covid.

A nice place in the Catskills

We stayed here for a few days in June while we had some work done on our place in Manhattan. The property was clean, and we were grateful that the owners put in an A/C unit, because it was extremely hot when we were there (apparently this is not typical Catskills weather, but it may be more so in the future with climate change). The location is also great. There is a Tops grocery store within a 5 min drive and a bagel place and small market within walking distance, at the end of the road. The house is also very close to the ski hill; you have a great view of the mountain from the main window! Our only small issues with the place were that the beds in the main bedrooms are small for two adults, and you have to bring your own towels for the hot tub, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, though, the house was very guest ready, easy to access, and made for a nice getaway!
