Appartement Idéal Famille, à 5 Minutes à Pieds de la Vieille Ville et 10 du lac

Come stay in my apartment, ideally located along the Thiou River, 5 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the lake.
Renovated 3 years ago, this is the apartment I live in year-round—except during your stay, of course.
It’s located on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of Semnoz, La Tournette, and La Visitation.
It’s fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a washer, a dryer, a coffee maker, and a raclette machine (important!).
There are 3 bedrooms, an open-concept living room and kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
You’ll have access to the building’s parking lot. A parking spot isn’t guaranteed, but it’s rarely full.
There is also a bike storage room.
The apartment has fiber-optic internet.
There is a TV, but it is not directly connected to an antenna or a TV box; instead, it is connected to a computer so you can watch your favorite channels online.
Finally, please note that the children’s bedrooms overlook the parking lot, while the master bedroom (with a queen-size bed) overlooks the street with foot traffic—which, personally, doesn’t bother me.
The rental includes: sheets, towels, comforters, and pillows, as well as everything you need for daily life so you don’t have to bring a lot of luggage: kitchen essentials, soap, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.
So you can easily come by train.
If you have young children, please let me know, and I’ll leave some of my kids’ toys (ages 6 and 9) for you to use.
