Stay in this modern condo conveniently located a block off Main Street. Nestled within the historic 1895 St. Regis, this beautiful 3 bedroom unit is bursting with natural light and amenities. Ideally located within walking distance of a bursting foody scene and just minutes away from the Convention Center and Amphitheater at Las Colonias Park. Seep yourself in the Grand Valley where hiking, biking , wine tasting, music festivals, and river rafting are just part of the everyday experience.

Your home away from home is very light and airy with modern amenities. Located inside the historic St. Regis, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, our newly renovated condominium has everything you need for overnight visitors up to monthly stays. Our unit includes 3 Bedrooms with 1 and a half bathrooms stocked with luxury linens. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and a separate dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony with a view of the sunrise. Washer and dryer located inside the unit right off the living room. Central heating and air conditioning.

Upon arrival park in your designated parking spots behind the building. You will locate the key to the building in a secured lockbox with a private access code. Once you enter the building you take either the stairs or elevator to the second floor to Unit 204.

We are available by phone, text, and messaging for anything you may need during your stay.

Located in the heart of Colorado`s Grand Valley, our down town proximity allows for walking access to shops, music venues, restaurant`s, art gallery`s and a year round event calendar for festivals.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.
Report any damages immediately
Guest must sign our rental agreement prior to receiving check in info and entering the property. The link to sign is sent to guest at time of booking.

It was clean but had a terrible smell. We had to open the door to outside for first few hours. I hate to say this but it smelled like poop. So sorry but I think you’d want to know that. Other than that it was fine

Perfectly located for activities downtown in Grand Junction. we went to a concert at las colonias Park, and although it’s a ways, it was walkable. It’s very walkable to all the restaurants downtown.

This is a very well appointed apartment located one block off the Main Street in downtown Grand Junction. Check in was easy and communication from hosts was very good.The doors on the half bathroom and 3rd bedroom (with the bunk beds) are frosted glass. Our party was 5 adults so there was some discomfort, particularly with the half bath being adjacent to the living room.We could hear the bar below well into quiet hours.

We really loved staying here. The location in town is great, because you can walk to wherever you need to. The unit is very large, including large living area bedrooms Etc they provide everything you need including extra towels and blankets. You simply take the elevator to the second floor and go down the hall to the unit. We felt completely safe staying here.

Communication with the landlords was great. Easy to find an access. Place was very clean and quiet and well appointed. The only weird thing is that the only shower was an en suite to one of the king bedrooms so the other bedrooms had to use that one. There was a second toilet accessible from the living area though. Not a big issue at all for us. Would definitely rent it again.

Four friends spent the weekend and it was the perfect space and location for us. The location is in walking distance to downtown, and despite being over the Feisty Pint, was quiet at night time. The half bath was also large enough to serve as a second bathroom, which was perfect for us. We did not use the kitchen other than the fridge, but it seemed well-stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

For the most part, we enjoyed staying here. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't able to keep up with the heat. It had been a hot day. When we entered, it was 77 degrees in the condo although the air conditioner was set at 72. We were asked not to set it lower than 70 which we followed. Unfortunately, it was too warm all night and didn't seem to cool off much at all. I stayed in the bunk room and the bed was fine. My kids/spouses stayed in the other bedrooms and said the beds were comfortable. Downtown is great and it was nice to be within walking distance of nice shops and restaurants. I would stay here again, but would hope the weather is not so hot next time.

The location and funky building were great. The condo is spacious and has a large kitchen and good sized bedrooms. There was a bit of a funny smell which was addressed with management. Also, the A/C wasn't working properly. Not broken but not as cool as I would have liked. I was recovering from surgery and really needed it a bit cooler. Management communication was excellent and they called in a plumber for repair. Would stay here again in the future.

Walk to everything downtown! Very updated property and comfortable. Great for a family too. Kitchen is large and equipped with modern appliances. Two King beds with clean and updated quilts, plus bunk beds. TV's all work but only streaming services are available versus live network television. Building is secure and quiet in a perfect setting.
