An exceptional home in a wonderful setting just minutes from Sebastopol awaits you. Revel in the gorgeous, newly renovated backyard with a sparkling pool and hot tub, ready for your enjoyment on this expansive 2-acre property. Central AC is now in place along with a brand new putting green. This single-level home is an ideal base as you explore the myriad of wonderful restaurants and wineries that make Sonoma County a fabulous vacation destination.

Featuring 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast area, a formal living room with a dining area, and a spacious bonus/media room with an air hockey table provides ample space to unwind. The large pasture behind the main yard offers a perfect place to play ball or explore with your kids or dogs. The garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with PacMan, Ping Pong, and Skeeball to add to the vast list of activities this house has to offer. Ample parking is available for larger vehicles.

While there is a guest house on the property with long-term renters, there is excellent separation and privacy.

Visit our 5StarVR site for a 3D tour of this house, details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed at Sonoma County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Amazing getaway!

The house was emaculate, property was beautiful. We spent the majority of our stay enjoying the pool, spa and game room. Convenient location to tons of restaurants and stores to grab last minute needs. Would love to book again.

Too much fun, not enough time!

This house was a great fit for our family weekend. There was plenty for the kids to enjoy — despite rain, the heated pool kept them busy for hours, and they loved the games in the garage. Our preschooler also had a great time on the playground equipment in the front yard. Each room was spacious and comfortable, with lots of soft pillows and extra blankets. The setting was peaceful, and the landscaping around the home was beautiful, making it a relaxing place for all of us, including my mother-in-law. Photos really can’t capture how wonderful the house is.We also enjoyed exploring the area. Sebastopol is a charming town with excellent food — we especially recommend the pizza from Psychic Pie. We wished we had more time to check out the nearby wineries and would definitely like to return to this rental again!

Great place in Sebastopol

This was such a great place to stay with our family. The house, not only provided various games (air hockey, skee ball, etc.) but it also had plates/ bowls / cups for the littles. Extra bonus on the pool, which actually with the sun was perfect temperature without having to ask to have it heated. You do hear some of the car noises at night but for the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a tenant in the adjacent ADU but with the fence being there, we never saw them.Definitely would stay there again!

We loved this house - we were in town for a family reunion and got a lot of good use out of the hot tub and game room. Lots of space for everyone and a great place to socialize.

The house and grounds were lovely. We had great weather so were able to hang out outside and play with all the games inside. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Hope to return in the future.

Spectacular Backyard

We had a really nice stay and absolutely loved the backyard - beautifully landscaped, built-in grill, shade structure, gorgeous pool, outdoor shower - the list goes on! It was extremely hot during our stay, and in spite of the pool, we struggled with the lack of AC. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but at the time of our visit, no fans in the kitchen/living areas. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the fun game tables in the family room and game room - loved it!

Swimming With Family & Friends

Our two families booked this home primarily for the heated pool and outdoor space. With our combined four kids (ages 6-8) this house was perfect. The outdoor space is beautiful and while we made good use of the pool and hot tub, we would have enjoyed meals outdoors as well had the weather been warmer. The kids all slept comfortably in the large family room, and even though we brought our own air mattress, the property includes air mattresses and fold up cots with plenty of bedding to spare. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the indoor space was comfortable for our party of eight. We all agreed that we would like to return to this property when the weather is a little warmer.

Excellent property in great location

Family stay vacation for Thanksgiving week

Wine country getaway

Pool & hot tub were great fun in a huge beautiful backyard. We barely left the house as we were having so much fun enjoying the backyard. At night we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, watched movies on the big screen TV & played some air hockey, but ran out of time to try all the games. Great place!

Beautiful setting, great for families

The setting and location are beautiful. It's a short drive to The Barlow and Bodega Bay. The house looks newly renovated, as does the beautiful backyard. There were a few things that I did not know about before booking. The pool is heated, but there was a $250./daily fee to heat it. The main bedroom had spotty internet and no cable tv. It lacked a dresser, but had nice closet space (only a few hangers; I transferred clothes already hung up). There was no table and chair set in the kitchen (but there was a dining table and chairs in the living room/entry area). We didn't mind these things too much, as we travel with a small folding bistro set (just in case/it's happened before). We watched tv on our phones (in the bedroom). We used the in ground hot tub (it was too chilly for the pool, anyway). The house is great for families with young children. I would like to have had more glassware and less plasticware, for the adults. It is a peaceful, quiet home with beautiful landscaping and great parking. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
