Pool, hot tub , beach ramp and all facilities are open

You will fall in love with the views and the open layout of this 8th floor condo. An incredible 3 BR unit with water views from every bedroom. The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view with a King Bed. The Kitchen features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. I has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms both have incredible wide river views. The 2nd BR has a King Bed. The 3rd bedroom original sleep chairs were removed, owner added 2 twins or together as a King via conversion kit. (tenant can chose which option they want ahead of time). to allow sleeping up to 6 in the unit. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities. Bedrooms - Master/King, 2nd King, 3rd BR/either King or 2 Twins.

Amazing Vacation - Beautiful Condo

Absolutely loved staying at this condo. Very well appointed with everything you could need and then some. Perfect location and stunning ocean view. The heated pool and hot tub made even the cloudy days enjoyable. April with the management services was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent property!

During our week-long stay, we were very happy with this well-equipped and comfortable 3BR/2bath condo, right on the beach (just north of the no-drive part). The listing was accurate, as were photos. Communications were timely and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. We'd gladly book again.

Absolutely perfect

This unit had everything you could possibly need. Quality of furnishings, decor, tv’s, appliances, mattresses were all top notch. Building security was excellent. Cleanliness of unit and building was evident. Amenities of building were above average.

Home Again

I appreciated the contact with our rental agent, Melissa Bechtel, who was wonderful with meeting us and walking us through the condo/property. Also, Peggy informed me that Melissa would be our go to person & Chris Paul took care of the business side. Our stay was just what we expected by viewing the VRBO pictures. The pictures were spot on & no hidden surprises. Simply beautiful ocean front view with lovely accommodations.

Everything was great but the exterior windows needed cleaned. You couldn’t even hardly see out the bedroom windows. Patio door window was pretty dirty too, but we cleaned it so we can see but we didn’t clean the bed bedroom window.

Amazing Condo!!

My family and I had an amazing time! The condo was well furnished and very well decorated. It’s in a great location in Daytona Beach Shores. Beautiful view from the 8th floor. We brought our own beach stuff but the storage area had everything needed for our beach needs. We’ll definitely be going back.

Spring Fun

We had a great time at the condo in Aurba tower. Everything from the description was spot on. With an extra bonus of an electric grill on the balcony. The coffee drinkers loved to coffee maker. We were impressed with the quantity of beach towels. Having an in-unit laundry is a must for us, the large capacity machines were perfect. The condo was very well supplied with anything you could need. My mother read one of the books and we played games. The secured under building garage was wonderful. The car was cool every time we went anywhere. Also our check out day had chances of rain, but no worries when you are parked in the garage. Common areas were clean. The elevator was large, fast and clean. Out of all the condos we have ever rented we all agreed it was our favorite.

Beautiful property fantastic location

Great unit right on the beach. Only minor problem was addressed immediately and fixed by the property managers. Check in process a little quirky but everything else was great. We would definitely rent here again.

Not quite what I expected in a new condo.

Overall it was a nice place. Smaller than I expected, especially the 3rd bedroom that consisted of 2 chairs that turned into twin beds. Our 9 and 12 year olds were very uncomfortable on them. They ended up taking the 2nd bedroom and my son moved to the couch. Also, for a brand new condo the balconies are very small. There were 5 of us and we couldn’t all sit around the table for a meal.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
