It features an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 465 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Level 1:

Level 2:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)

Garden level (level 0):
- A private Finnish sauna accessible all year round
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room.
- Room 3: a dormitory room with a bunk bed (sleeps two) and two single beds
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bathtub
