This 55m² semi-detached house will delight you with its location. Quiet and close to everything! Daily market in July and August!
Enter through the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment....
The living room has a sofa bed and TV.
The hallway leads to a bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, a shower room with washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Time for a barbecue! Settle down in the garden for lunch and a barbecue party!
Or simply enjoy the house's private garden and polish up your tan!
SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED - PARKING ON SITE - CHARCOAL BARBECUE - PARASOL
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
