Welcome to the Landmark Resort! This Ocean Front Executive Suite with a Murphy Bed in the living area. The unit will comfortably sleep 6. All tile flooring, with full kitchen, granite counter tops and a balcony with sweeping views of the beach and ocean. Includes 2 large flat screen televisions. The Landmark Resort is known for its unique and clean accommodations, 17 water features, outdoor water park, hot tubs and spas video arcade, exercise room, several dining options !

Even though the patio wasn't open we still had an awesome time

Sandra the property owner is awesome was there for my birthday and was surprised to find cake and balloons I'm already planning on staying again next year

Wasn't the best in any circumstance

What we was told that was going to be in the room there wasn't. No paper towels , no cleaning supplies barely and towels/ wash cloths. Also no key cards for door access throughout the resort. As for the resort itself, elevators were a pian never could get a elevator to ride. Wasn't the cleaninst at all. People were throwing trash in pools , hots tubs and on the grounds throughout the resort. When asked for help we was never granted help for what we needed. Also never could find luggage carts for our luggage to take to and from our room. In my personal opinion I would not recommend this, from our experience.

Better luck next time

The rental itself was as described in the listing. However..... I booked in February for our family trip in June. A few things about this listing that stood out to me was it was pet friendly and there was an ocean view. We did not get to enjoy an ocean view at all. I was informed FOUR DAYS before our trip that the balcony was being serviced and that it might not be done by the time we arrived. She said that Landmark told her it would be done by March, but it was taking longer than expected. I was offered a refund. Sounds nice, huh.... But not four days before travel when you're traveling with a pet. So we went. We lived in darkness or by artificial light the entire trip. I couldn't open the curtains to the balcony because the workers were on it off and on throughout the day. I couldn't open the curtains in the front room because then people would be able to see inside.... and believe me there was always someone wandering around. The Landmark itself was dirty. They closed one of the pools down because the water started changing colors and the hot tubs smelled like strong bleach. The halls felt like a sleazy motel. The elevators- laugh out loud. We had a blast in Myrtle Beach as long as we were out. Coming back in felt like a punishment. It might not have been so uncomfortable if we had access to the balcony- where we didn't feel so closed in. I would have loved coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean and early morning beach goers. I would have LOVED winding down on the balcony after an exciting day, watching the moon bounce off the waves. But I didn't get to do any of that on my first trip to MB. I was refunded for one night (just the night, nothing additional). The hostess was good at communicating with me after the fact, but I wish she would have told me months earlier about the balcony so I would have had time to adjust our plans.

We had a nice time. Location was excellent. Except for the workers to be on our back long 2 of 4 day

The rooms were really clean and host was excellent.

Great location, clean room, kind host

We had an excellent time, the unit was just what we needed. Clean and comfortable with an ideal location. The host was kind and generous. We will definitely stay here again.
