The Waipouli Beach Resort is a new concept in luxury accommodations on the lush island of Kauai, Hawaii and is centrally located within easy reach to any area of the island. Waipouli Beach 1st Floor Beautiful Garden view just steps from the beach. With the upscale features of a luxury hotel combined with the space and plush interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1312 square foot unit that includes an ultra gourmet top of the line kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cook top, Wolf oven, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets plus three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine tile surrounds,2 soaking tubs & 2 showers, and fine artwork.

This unit has 3 flat screen led tv's, wifi, ipod doc stereo. The living room TV has a built in internet browser, access, browse & surf the internet, check Facebook, or watch your Netflix right on the living room Smart TV.

For the most part it was very nice. The frying pans need replacing and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Kitchen towels and wash cloths would have been nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay - walking distance to the beach, wonderful pool that is great for kids, spacious layout and very responsive hosts. The restaurant on site has limited hours but is a great bonus.

The property was perfect for a girls trip! The pool and beach were gorgeous and we were close to everything as far as shopping and restaurants and no more than an hour drive from everywhere else on the island (perfect location for day trips). The condo was clean and had everything we needed for fun in the sun! We loved our ground level location and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai each morning with the local chickens. We will definitely be back!

Incredible stay! We had a lovely time at our VBRO. The place was clean, spacious, and had most everything we needed. The pool was certainly a highlight, we swam in it daily no matter what adventures we went on. Richie was extremely responsive, even late at night. The location was perfect for all the adventures we went on. I would recommend having olive oil or cooking oil stocked for guests, the only thing there was peanut oil probably left over from another guest. I love that all leftover food items are used or donated. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo with very nice open concept. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids. Was a very well stocked kitchen with a great location to grocery and shopping. My daughter loved the pool slides. The pool was great and the instructions were precise on what to do. Really highly recommended.

Beach Time!

We had a great time in Kauai. The condo was super clean and well organized. The stretch of beach at the resort is perfect. We spent most of our time out in the sand and water. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Everything was clean and had everything you would need. The pools are great and the beach at the condo is beautiful. Check in was easy definitely recommend and will be back.

Pool is anazing

Only there for one night but the place was clean and fulfilled our needs. Checked in late and left by check out so not a long stay but ended up using the pool after check out and everyone loved that.

Beautiful Resort

My husband, his sister and her husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely resort. This is a great location - beautiful beaches, nice pool and plenty of interesting shops and places to visit nearby. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. My only complaint would be the washer and dryer - they need to be replaced.

Absolutely loved our stay! Clean place, lots of rooms, big bathrooms. The pool was amazing and our kids loved it. Walking out to sunrise each morning on a beautiful beach with a small amount of people was a dream. We would love to go back!

Wonderful Place

Had wonderful stay. Place was exactly as shown in listing and very clean. Large pool and hot tubs were so enjoyable to use. Beach was just across the lawn. Check in was easy as directed. Communication was good from host. Nice to have beach chairs and boogie board supplied. We will refer friends and return some time. Thank you!
