Poolside Mountain Views and Outdoor Living

We are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a wonderful outdoor space with a kitchen, fireplace, patio heaters, grill, eating area, heated pool, hot tub and gorgeous view, especially at sunset. The upstairs BNB space includes a kithenette, bathroom, living space, large bedroom and separate entrance. The location is perfect for horse lovers, hikers, kayakers, bikers, wine enthusiasts, and antique shoppers. We are 20 min from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) and 10 min from FENCE. Please note that BNB space is the upstairs part of our home where my husband and I live downstairs. We also have a dog and several cats on the property. Please note that our pool is normally open from mid-March/April through October. In addition, we do have outside security cameras installed.

Worth It !!!

Just what we needed. A quiet, private and safe place to lay our head. My kids and I had a lovely couple of days at this wonderful guest suite. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Amenities are accurate as listed. We appreciated the warm welcome and nice pets. Thank you!!

Peaceful getaway

Absolutely amazing host! Most definitely will be returning. The way Dawn accommodates her guest is phenomenal. Communication with us was great as well. Views were amazing! Leo and the cats made it feel like home. A great vacation!

One of the best VRBO experiences. The unit was very clean. The amenities were amazing. Dawn was a wonderful host. The many "extras" throughout was a testament of great hospitality. Can't wait to come back and spend more time!

Wonderful!

This rental is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out with plenty of space. It’s very comfortable and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The owners have provided everything you might need, from Wi-Fi and Netflix to coffee and the ingredients for s’mores - even spare toothbrushes, just in case. Everything is right where you would look for it, and there are labels to help if needed. The owners are on site, but in this case that is a plus - they are lovely. They encouraged us to use the outdoor living space and pool, which are gorgeous and also have that mountain view. We will certainly stay here again.

Great weekend with a great view

My parents stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend trip to the area to visit grandkids. They absolutely loved the space and all the details that the owners had thought of! So many thoughtful touches throughout. The view of the mountains is also beautiful. My kids stayed with them one night and loved the outdoor space, swimming, playing games, making s'mores, and playing with Leo and the cats! My son forgot his goggles and they even had a bin of pool toys labeled by the hot tub that made his night! I would definitely recommend!!

There aren't even words to describe how perfect this apartment and backyard oasis were for our family! We found hikes each morning and spent our afternoons and evenings in the pool and hot tub, playing board games by the pool, grilling at the outdoor kitchen, and just relaxing in general! Leo and the cats loved on our kids and made us feel like we were at our own home! Dawn goes out of her way to make sure that you love South Carolina as much as they do! We will definitely be back!

Excellent hosts! The property was well stocked and comfortable. We loved the keypad for easy, convenient access. The pool and Mountain View was perfect and relaxing. We really enjoyed visiting Leo and the cats outside. We honesty can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with all necessities provided. The pool and the view were perfect! Dawn was a wonderful host, and I would add that the family dog Leo was an amazing host as well. :) My kids enjoyed his company when we were outside. We hope to stay again when we will have more time to visit many of the waterfalls and hikes Dawn had a noted in a well informed binder in the apartment.

Peaceful Perfect Place Plus Pool!

Awesome place we would give it 6 stars if we could. Impeccably clean apartment, beautifully landscaped and maintained pool and outdoor living areas. We loved sitting by the pool watching the sunset into the mountains. We lucked out with multiple beautiful sunsets. Host were perfect as well. Fast and clear communication. Offers plenty of suggestions and recommendations and were extremely accommodating. The apartment and pool kitchen were generously stocked with drinks and snacks. We enjoyed being entertained by Leo and the kittens. It was a real joy to have them around. Slept great, beds very comfortable and it was absolutely silent at night. We strongly recommend this property.

Peaceful and relaxing...

I needed to find a place to stay near Greenville while my children were at camp. Since I was hoping for a week away from the chaos of my household, the number one quality I was looking for in a vacation house was quiet. Dawn's place gave me that and more. The apartment was beautiful and serene. The beds were comfortable, new shower amazing, but it was the little touches that made the difference. There were fresh flowers and fresh peaches waiting for me. Extra toothbrushes, a first aid kit, plenty of towels and sheets, and much more. Dawn was available to answer all my questions and help me out with even the littlest of issues. The pool was simply amazing- beautiful and clean (except for the live frog who chose to join me one day!). I can't say enough about Dawn and this property, and I look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful, Peaceful Escape!

We could not ask for a more perfect setting while visiting family in the area. The accommodations were so beautiful and well-appointed. The hosts thought of everything and were friendly while respecting our privacy. We quickly fell in love with their dog, Leo. He's such a sweet soul. The view of Blue Ridge Mountain Range was spectacular. It was always changing and the sunsets were striking. It was all just perfect and we hope to get back there many more times! Perfect & Private Get-a-way! WILL 100% RETURN!

My fiance, mother, and self very much enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and just absolutely gorgeous. The private pool was practically spotless it was so clean, I don't think I've ever seen such a cleaner pool than theirs. It even had a diving board, some sunscreen, a few pool items to play or swim with, etc. It felt so refreshing on a hot day. Oh and the bathroom is just stunning. I aspire to have a bathroom like that. The amenities, all of them, were excellent, even right down to the cool shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the bathroom. I hope to try making some s'mores in the fire pit /outdoor fireplace next visit. the drive to get to some larger shops/restaurants was not bad at all. We had complete privacy but did not get a chance to meet with the hosts. We will most certainly return and will hope to meet them then! Thank you Dawn & Mike!

Wonderful experience!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable property! A spa-like experience! The owner was very gracious, thoughtful and helpful. She has a very detailed notebook with any information you would need for your stay, and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
