Luxurious Ludington Condo

Luxurious 5th floor condo with amazing views of the Lake! This condo is finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, TVs in the living room and master, and a fully furnished terrace with gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

After spending a day at the beach, relax on your terrace with breathtaking sunsets and views of the lighthouse. You can also watch the Badger return in the evenings. Ludington State Park is just a few minutes away. Ludington's best restaurants and shopping are 2 blocks away; a very short walk after a day of fun. The condo building includes a heated, indoor pool for those days where you can't go out.

Condo building is very well equipped including. elevator to the 4th floor. This 5th floor condo has a private staircase from the 4th.

Everything you need is here for a relaxing week at the lake.

Please note due to condo rules you will need to sign a paper agreement which will be emailed after booking.

Perfect location, views and secure location all comes with this well-care for condo. Highly recommend this place to anyone that seeks a great place to stay while visiting wonderful Ludington. We have stayed here repeatedly.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Ludington! Great location. Love having the pool and hot tub. Wonderful to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony!

I stayed here a couple of times in the past with the previous owners. I am happy to say the stay was as lovely with the new owners. You can't beat the view from this place - perfect.

Summer 2024 in Ludington

We had a wonderful stay! Great views of the Badger (car ferry) and freighters coming and going, and of Lake Michigan! Excellent location, too, for enjoying downtown Ludington. Close to a dozen restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, and not much more than that to a great city beach! Hardly touched the car while we were there!

A great week by the Big Lake

We really enjoyed our condo rental in Ludington this year. We know the town well, visiting every year with our boys, but this is first time we've stayed in the condo or by the marina. We loved it! The condo was very comfortable, and the sleeping arrangements allowed our teens to sleep late while we walked along the water. The patio gave us great views of the Badger coming and going and each day, and of the sunset and lighthouse. The dining area was perfect for evening board games. And we were close enough to everything we loved that we could walk to everything. Terrific visit!

Best View in the Building!

We absolutely loved staying here with our 2 small kids. You could not beat the view. Everything was clean and cared for. Just steps away from the marina. The stairs were a little bit of a challenge with our 2 yr old but she did great! We would definitely stay here again. We brought pack and plays for our kids but there was one there. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you Joe for the beautiful place to enjoy our family vacation!

Beautiful Sunsets

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful luxury condo! The condo was clean and easily accommodated our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the living area was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect – a close walk to shopping and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the sunset from the balcony. The host was incredibly responsive and promptly replied to my inquiries. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Great location, Nice condo, well cared for.

Only issue was once you opened the door to the condo there were 18 steps to get up to it. Nothing mentioned in the description.. Older persons with mobility issues may have an a problem. Our granddaughter with a broken leg in a cast was very much inconvenienced when she visited..

Great Space with a Fantastic View!!!

Joe and Emily’s place is just perfect for our family of four! Amazing location in downtown Ludington. Close to great restaurants on James Street! 5-minute walk to Ludington Avenue. From the spacious living space inside to the deck with a spectacular view of the Ludington Channel (and the carferry coming and going), you won’t want to leave this condo. And the communication with Joe is top notch! Definitely will book again!

Perfect Getaway

We loved staying here. With a view of the port channel, we could see the Badger leave and arrive. We were able to walk or bike to every meal we ate out. We had to do a little work during our stay. The WiFi was really fast. We liked being able to park in the garage and there was a space for our bikes as well. The interior is nicely decorated and furnished - very comfortable. The patio/balcony was great. Recommend highly.

comfortable, clean, WINDOWS galore, great deck. Only issue was wireless outages every day several times. Owner tried to help. Bring a hot spot with you.

Perfect place for a Michigan adventure!

Our family totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-appointed condo. The owners were great to work with! The location is perfect to walk around town for sightseeing, shopping or dining. We enjoyed horse back riding, driving on the sand dunes, wave runners on the lake along with beautiful hikes and even getting to climb a lighthouse! Watching multiple 4th of July firework displays from the balcony added to our amazing trip. Can’t wait to come back!
