The house (90m2) with a modern and neat décor, on one level is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and tv and 1 with 2 single beds), a large living space with pellet stove, living room, flat screen TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (senseo and classic), fridge-freezer, a bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit and towel dryer (hair dryer) and a garage where you can leave bikes, strollers, surfboards... The washing machine is also in the garage, iron and ironing board.

Cleaning fee 60€ if no pet, 90€ if there is a pet (if the cleaning is done correctly by you it will not be charged by mutual agreement): to be paid on site

Possibility to provide you with a cot, baby bath and high chair.
