For a stay with friends or family, come and enjoy this new house with its outdoor swimming pool just a stone's throw from the sea.



As you pass through the entrance gate, you will discover a large property: a large garden, a pleasant terrace sheltered from the winds and especially its lovely outdoor heated swimming pool from June to September.



Upon entering this house, you enter a large living area with its comfortable lounge and living room open to the fully equipped American kitchen. This room also offers direct access to the equipped terrace. From the kitchen, you can also access a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the garage.

On the ground floor, you will also discover a separate toilet as well as a charming master suite with its 140x190 bed and its bathroom with shower.



On the first floor, you access the 3 other rooms of the house. The first is rather intended for children with its pull-out bed of 90x190 which can accommodate 2 people. The second bedroom is another master suite, with its 160x200 bed and its private bathroom with shower.

To access the last room, you will cross a children's playroom with TV and Wii game console. The last room is equipped with a double bed in 160x200 as well as 2 single beds in 90x200.

The floor is also equipped with a second separate WC and a third bathroom with bathtub.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
