The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, a wood fireplace and mountain views; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as four seats at the counter.

This condo offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. - Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
