We offer you in Saint Christol de Rodières (30760) in a small friendly village an air-conditioned cottage of 60 square meters designed for 4 people.<br>It is located on the first floor of a villa with a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and its small cocooning living room.<br>You will find two bedrooms with dressing rooms (one with a 140×190 bed and another with two 90×190 beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower with heated towel rail and a toilet.<br><br>The grounds are enclosed, each apartment has its terrace as well as its garden furniture to allow you to relax outside and enjoy grilling on the barbecue.<br><br>To cool off and have fun, the salt pool and the petanque court are to be shared.<br>(opening hours of the swimming pool from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm).<br><br>The village is located about 8 km from the Ardèche gorges on one side, and the Sautadet waterfalls on the other side.<br><br>You will have many places to discover in the surrounding area: Accrobranche, Swingroller, canoeing/kayaking, Grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac, Pont du Gard, Barjac and its flea market, Pont d'arc as well as Aiguèze, Montclus and La Roque sur Cèze classified as the most beautiful villages in France.<br>Several restaurants or guinguettes will be there to welcome you and delight you.<br><br>Check-in from 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.<br><br>We offer as an option:<br><br>- Cleaning at 40 euros per stay (cupboard, bins, fridge, dishwasher must be emptied and dishes put away).<br><br>- Linen at 40 euros.<br><br>Deposit of 500 euros upon arrival and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures.<br><br>Domestic companions are not accepted.<br><br>If you have a baby, I have all the necessary equipment at your disposal.
