This 2300 sq ft home was built in 1904 and is filled with character.

It has a spacious main floor with living room, card/game/computer room with gas fireplace, formal dining room, spacious kitchen and bathroom with shower. (The bathrooms in this home are a bit on the smaller side)

The upper level contains 5 rooms and a full bath. (4 bedrooms and an office that we prepare as a 5th bedroom).
Bedroom 1 has king size bed.
Bedroom 2 has queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 (converted office) has full size bed.
Bedroom 4 has futon.
Bedroom 5 has two twin beds.

Also in the basement is a modest home gym and washer/dryer.

Outside enjoy the large fenced in lot with private patio, grill, and above ground pool. The driveway is shared with neighbors so cars must pull up to the garage or use the street for parking. Can park two vehicles comfortably in front of the garage.

Directly across the street is Menominee park on Lake Winnebago. Walking distance to the free Menominee Park Zoo, tennis and pickle ball courts, miles of jogging paths and beach with bath house. Perfect place to relax while away from the air show. Less than five miles from the EAA grounds.

This house is on VRBO exclusively for EAA and we maintain a separate set of linens, towels and dinnerware for the use of our EAA guests. Owners secure personal belongings in attic, basement pantry and garage which are inaccessible to guests.
