First time Vrbo renter

First time renting from Vrbo, we enjoyed our stay the house was clean and comfortable, we felt very safe in the gated community. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We will definitely be back.

Condo was filthy, pools were nice

At check-in, they did not have our reservation from VRBO and had to wait about a half hour for the property owner to email them and get it sorted out. Entering the unit, it was gross. First floor carpet was filthy, looked like bodily fluids(?) or food all over the carpet, all tiled floors had a thick film of cleanser on them with a disgusting smell. The owner was contacted again and promised a cleaning company would come. They never showed up, contacted them again and two days later they did (4 days into our stay). A partial refund was offered twice and never received. Broken blinds, lights that don't work, windows that you can barely open, sliding screen door didn't work, found pills on the floor of the master bedroom, along with smelly clothes in the drawers. Room listings are inaccurate: Master (king bed) & larger bedroom (queen bed) on the second floor both with attached bathrooms. First floor kid's room was a small bedroom with two twin beds and a door that led outside to the front of the house. This had a smaller bathroom attached and it had access to the hallway.The actual resort was nice, pools and public areas were clean, kids liked it. Arcade was dark, games didn't all work, ice cream was gross. We did not get the food/drinks that were available, but prices seemed reasonable.

Orlando area

We were very impressed right from the first moment we walked in. The place was very nice. We did have issues with one of the tvs and internet, but they helped us get these issues addressed quickly. We stayed for 8 days and found this location to be very comfortable. The pool areas were kept clean and nicely maintained. Easy in and out even though it is a gated community. Everything you would need for dining shopping or gas are all very close and even some within walking distance. The only bummer is some times of the day the traffic is a little crazy.

Great Week Great Host

This location was great for a week in Florida. Asael was a great host who was very helpful and accommodating. The home was clean and ready to go. The community is quiet and easy to navigate. The pool and club house were clean and had good hours. We had a lot of fun around the pool. My family would be happy to stay at Regal Palms again.

Nice place

The town house was perfect for my family. I loved that every room had their own bathroom. The rooms upstairs are very spacious. It’s a 25 minute drive to all Disney parks. The property owner was quick to contact me when I had questions and needed a minor issue resolved. The place is nice.

Nice resort with great location

My husband and I were down to FL to see our grandkids. Spent a few days during the week here and overall was a nice place. The house was clean and as described. The resort pool was very nice and had lots of chairs but filled up quickly on nice days. We worked from the house for a few days and the WiFi worked well. Had basic kitchen accessories but was not fully equipped but worked for us. Would stay there again.

Excellent Place for All Ages!

Great stay. The amenities were excellent and appropriate for everyone in our party (aged 12 - 70). I was thrilled to see ALL amenities were fully functional even on Christmas Eve and Day! We needed extra items and the owner responded immediately even though it was Christmas Day. I would recommend to anyone - especially if you have kids. My son had a blast in the pool/lazy river areas. Also, full menu at the bar area which was perfect - especially since restaurants were closed for holidays.

Convenient location and convenient access to great resort pool

Property was as described. Nice quiet gated neighborhood. Having washer/dryer was very convenient, and having the three separate bedrooms worked great for our needs. The location was within 30 min of Orlando, the various Disney parks, Sea World, Gatorland, etc. We also easily drove over to the east coast (Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach) — we did a LOT in a short amount of time! Plus having access to the nearby resort amenities was a bonus. The pool area and lazy river were fantastic — palm trees, music and plenty of seating. And our boys used the fitness center.

Perfect place while visiting the Disney Parks

Excellent choice

We came down for a week to visit Disney and a few other places. The resort is convenient located to lots if attractions. The resort was nice, and we enjoyed a quiet down day there as well. The house was well stocked, and there are stores/dining right around the corner. The site manager was very helpful and checked in with us several times(email) Would look forward to coming again.

Great experience

The property was solid and in a nice gated community. The pool was a great perk, especially for the kids, and it had a gym with enough items to get a good workout. The property is about a 40 minute drive to most Disney theme parks. Asael was fantastic to work with. He clearly cares about providing a top-notch experience for his guests. We were planning to stay for 3 nights, but last minute needed to switch to 2 nights due to a change in logistics with my daughter's band, who was playing at Disneyworld. Asael was extremely flexible and made this change for us without question. This was a huge help and we very much appreciated it.

Amazing Stay

The stay here was amazing during our Christmas holiday even though the temperature took us for a surprise we were able to improvise our stay. The owner was very attentive to our questions and responded immediately. As a travel agent there were minor cosmetics and the need for updated fixtures however I rate this property as a 4 star . I will certainly recommend other clients here.

Amazing place!

I would highly recommend this property! From start to finish everyone was very helpful and checking in and out was very smooth. I had questions regarding Wi-Fi, codes to get in, and other misc questions and they were all answered in a matter of seconds. The property is beautiful, spacious and clean and equipped for all ages! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and be back in the future. Thanks for everything!

Awesome stay

Loved the condo. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood , the amenities are great. The pool area is open until 11 pm which is great. Food at the pool bar is good and drinks are good as well. We will definitely come back on the future .

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was well maintained and provisioned. Located 30-40 minutes from Disney theme parks. Grandkids really enjoyed the water park on site. Check in was a breeze and we will definitely book again.

Great Stay!

This condo was exactly like the pictures. Lots of space for many people if needed. The pool is a short walk or you can also drive and park in the parking lot. The pool area was very nice and the food in the restaurant was very good also! A grocery store and restaurants are about a 2 min drive from the condo and also walkable by about 10 min. I would definitely stay at this condo again. We did have a question the first night in the condo and they responded via email almost immediately.
