Nature’s Window Bed and Breakfast is a twenty-five acre hideaway with abundant wildlife! Located in central Leelanau County, Nature’s Window Bed & Beakfast overlooks beautiful Lake Leelanau and the Pere Marquette State Forest.

Enjoy the privacy of your cozy room including our signature hearty breakfast featuring our homemade breads served in your room. The room includes your own private bath, queen size log bed, satelite TV/VCR and DVR, and air conditioner. Also provided for your complete convenience is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, with all ammenities included.

Cozy Bed! Spend your day hiking, swimming, boating, sailing, fishing, or golfing at your choice of many beautiful golf courses…all within a few miles of your accommodations. Click for area attractions.

The room was very clean and cozy. The location was centrally located for us to visit Traverse City and Sleeping Bear. The breakfasts were brought to our room and were delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this B and B to anyone!

Lovely place. Very clean, close to most local attractions. The deck was lovely to sit on and watch the wildlife play. Breakfast was a great treat and so yummy 😋

Quiet respit for my wife and I, great view off the deck, fantastic hot breakfast from menu. A little tricky to find if you trust GPS, it gets you close, then look for sign and go to the end of the dirt driveway. We will definately go back, and will recommend to others.

Great Place!

Lived out stay. Incredible breakfasts. Location was central to everything in Leelanau. A short drive to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leeland. Able to get to anything from here. Highly recommend.

Love Nature's Window!

We loved everything about this place! Very clean and super cute, comfy space. Sue was an amazing host! So friendly and sweet and her breakfasts were wonderful! The view is outstanding and we saw so much wildlife; deer every day, a bear one day, and an eagle one day. Bunnies, wrens, orioles, cardinals, etc. Pretty close to our favorite beach, Good Harbor Bay, and our favorite restaurants. We highly recommend Nature's Window and we will be back!

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d like to keep this gem open to anytime I want to go up and stay. This place was nothing short of amazing!! Anything useful you can think of is tuck away somewhere in this neat cozy room. Honestly! Flashlight, candles, umbrella, cooler on the deck, wine bucket and glasses, anything you might need to open a wine bottle. And the sweetest cheese, cracker and fruit plate! Homemade cookies…and I could go on… books, movies…And the nicest lady meet us when we came in to ask what we would like for breakfast and what time we would like it served. And this breakfast, oh my, so good!! Made to order eggs, homemade bread toasted, French toast to die for, fresh fruit, warm apple sauce. And a sweet treat pumpkin roll! My daughter also enjoyed waking up to a gorgeous view right out the sliding glass door. We sat on the deck with a steaming cup of hot coffee watching 7 deer eat while the sun cam up over the beautiful trees. Absolutely stunning. Will be coming back for sure!

My 13 yr. Old son and I stayed here for a parent-child get away. We loved breakfast. The room was very comfortable. Very nice host family. I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful retreat

This was a great place to stay. Centrally located but not right in the busyness of downtown Traverse City. We watched deer from our deck and enjoyed the beautiful view! Sue is an amazing host! So sweet and she serves an awesome breakfast! She even brought us homemade cookies in the afternoon for a snack. Reasonably priced, great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary getaway. The room was very, very clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The views off the back deck we beautiful, and her homemade breakfasts were delicious! We will definitely be back!

Leeland - made to order!!

The location was perfect for enjoying the Leeland peninsula. The view from the deck is so peaceful. We saw an orange full moon and beautiful orange sunrises. We also were spoiled with Sue's delicious, made to order, breakfasts and treats - which we enjoyed on the deck! Although we are not "rustic" people - we slept very well in the log bed with the bear quilt. Everything we needed was stocked and it was very clean! Thank-you Sue - we hope to be back!

The rental was everything as advertised. Peaceful view on the deck which suited us perfectly. Sue had pretty much thought of everything we could have needed right down to providing binoculars to view wildlife. Breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed our stay emensely, and Sue was a perfect host

Cozy room with attention to detail

This was a perfect location to hop back and forth between Empire and Traverse City. Breakfast was delicious! And the extra treats were very much appreciated and a wonderful surprise. The surrounding property area was quiet and relaxing with beautiful sunrise and wildlife.
