This is a beautiful space right on Lake Erie. It looks even better than the pictures show. Debbie was easy to work with and replied very quickly. Our only issue was with some maintenance issues that really must be attended to asap. Mainly - when it rains, water pours in the top of the master bedroom window. You can see there's been water damage for a while around the trim of the entire window. Not sure if that's the only reason the rest of the condo has issues with mold/mildew or if it's just the climate or a lack of proper ventilation but there was black spots on the master bathroom ceiling and floor mat (the shower also leaks), in the rubber ring of the washer, and in the back bathroom shower curtain. The entire lower level of the property has a strong moldy smell.

Annie--I couldn't agree with you more. Construction going on throughout the bldg. due to damage from winter storm and this unit and others on lower level are underground and got the brunt of the damage. Dealing with insurance adjusters, engineers and county permits is taking forever and some owners are more hands on than others. This unit has 3 dehumidifiers which may not be enough. Next visit--upper floors-think you will be happier. Deb

Very light and airy. Significant impact walking into the unit and viewing the lake. Sunset was beautiful. Large rooms. Very clean and quiet. There was a large indoor pool which looked inviting but we didn’t bring our suits. We would definitely go back again. The only issue we had was the code to enter the building was incorrect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. It was nice to have full bathroom for each couple. The manager communicated very well. We’d rent here again.

Lovely place!

This place had plenty of room for our party of 7. Very spacious and decorated so nice. Only issue was ran out of hot water after 3rd shower. Make sure you space your showers apart if you come with a big group. Everything else was top notch!

I have stayed at Lake Erie Vista 5 times. I love all the condos I have stayed in. This condo is very spacious. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view is just as beautiful from this floor as any other. Thanks for another great experience!

Beautiful condo with tons of room!

This condo is in a great location, just a short drive to GOTL’s main strip. There is a nice market/gas station across the street with items you may have forgotten. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The beach area is nice with tons of Adirondack chairs for you to use. The sunsets are amazing! We will definitely be back!!
