Very light and airy. Significant impact walking into the unit and viewing the lake. Sunset was beautiful. Large rooms. Very clean and quiet. There was a large indoor pool which looked inviting but we didn’t bring our suits. We would definitely go back again. The only issue we had was the code to enter the building was incorrect.

Beautiful

I have stayed at Lake Erie Vista 5 times. I love all the condos I have stayed in. This condo is very spacious. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view is just as beautiful from this floor as any other. Thanks for another great experience!

Lovely place!

This place had plenty of room for our party of 7. Very spacious and decorated so nice. Only issue was ran out of hot water after 3rd shower. Make sure you space your showers apart if you come with a big group. Everything else was top notch!

A perfect spot to view the total eclipse!

We booked this condo to view the 2024 total eclipse with 3 couples. The location was perfect! The private beach on Lake Eirie and comfy adirondack chairs close to our ground floor condo was very convenient for viewing the eclipse. This 3 bedroom, three bath condo gave each couple their own space and the open concept kitchen/ living room allowed for shared meals at the large kitchen table, lively game nights and comfortable final four basketball viewing. Also, the sunrise and sunsets were stunning! Remember to bring your own games and all food items you might need for cooking.

Nice place, but needs some maintenance

My family has been coming to Lake Erie Vista for years and we absolutely love Geneva-on-the-Lake. This is a nice unit with great beach/lake access, but my main complaint is that there were a number of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, particularly given the cost per night. The property manager (Debbie) was great in helping and responding to messages in a timely manner. But there were some obvious issues that the property owner should have remedied. For example, when we arrived, two of the toilet seats were broken, some closet doors were off their tracks and not easily repairable, we couldn't get two of the burners on the stove to turn on (frustrating when cooking Easter dinner), there was sand in one of the bathtubs (that bathroom hadn't been adequately cleaned), two of the lights wouldn't turn on, the screen door to the patio was significantly torn, and lights in the main bathroom frequently flickered. Debbie and her team were able to get a new toilet seat for one of the bathrooms and did their best to address the closet door issue, but ultimately many of these issues were things for the property owner to remedy. It just seemed that the owners hadn't done a proper walk-through recently, since these were obvious repair issues that we noticed pretty quickly. We'll definitely come back to Lake Erie Vista, but we will likely explore other units.

My 2 cents

This is a wonderful property, The location is excellent and the view and lake access from the Livingroom can't be beat. Very roomy and fully equipped. It is a short dive to GOTL and its activities, shops and eateries. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Outdoor seating available. The Host was easily available for questions or issues. Three minor suggestions: correct the minimal mold in the master shower, stabilize the toilet in the smaller bedroom/bath and add non-skid material to the runners next to beds (we had one minor accident with the slippery rugs) Overall this is a great place to stay and yes, we will most likely stay here again.

Family vacation

It was perfect. The condo was very spacious for our two energetic little boys to run. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved it! We plan on returning next year for another wonderful vacation. Thank you Debbie....

Perfect!

Seven best friends stayed here for 3 nights. It was awesome and there was plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor. The view is just as good as some of the higher floors. We have stayed at this property several times before each time on different floors. We had a perfect girls trip and plan to stay here again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. It was nice to have full bathroom for each couple. The manager communicated very well. We’d rent here again.

Good for a winter weekend

We gathered with family here because it's kind of a central location. Six of us total. The condo was comfy for us. I was also pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was outfitted with dishware and cookware, and even disposables like coffee filters and TP. We would definitely come back.
