Lake house

Unwind at Lake Bridgeport. This beautiful lake house features private neighborhood beach across the street, private boat dock and swimming off the back yard. Lake view from front and back porch. Public boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. Kiddos can spend hours and hours playing and digging in the sand, looking for rocks and shells and watching minnows swim. Enjoy the sunset from the beach.

This is a quiet, private neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation. No parties, no fireworks in back yard. No vehicle parking on the beach. Parking in front of house and in carport only. Life jackets recommended when swimming off boat dock. Fishing welcomed off boat dock. Boat and wave runner parking on beach and off boat dock. Sidewalk along the lake, off the backyard is great for fishing. There are steps on the east side to walk down for swimming. Caution when jumping off sidewalk into the lake, there are very large rocks all along the sidewalk under water.

The house is located 67 miles from DFW airport, 74 miles from Texas Rangers and Dallas cowboys stadiums, 47 miles from Texas Motor Speedway, 64 miles from the Fort Worth Zoo, 59 miles from the Fort Worth Stockyards, 74 miles from Winstar Casino.

Lake House

This house is perfect for a family/friend getaway. We loved the open concept, and plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor porch was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake life. The dock was a hit! The kids loved jumping on off the dock. It was very quiet even on 4th of July weekend. Easy to get to and town is only 5 minutes away. The host was very easy to reach and responded very quickly. We had a blast and I would recommend staying here if you want a fun time on the lake!

Wonderful lake front property

This rental is spectacular! Plenty of room for a family get together or a couples getaway. The lake is just steps from the porch and it has a great beach area across the road. The fishing was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back 🤗

Perfection

Second year staying here and it was better than the first time. The boat dock seamed more secure. Perfect access to stairs in and out of the water. Firework show was visible from the house. Still plan on making this a family tradition every year!

Family Gathering

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at Lake Bridgeport very comfortable home and kid friendly. We enjoyed fishing off private dock and cooking outside with a full lake view and awesome sunrise and sunsets each day. House is fully equipped with everything you need, outdoor grill and seating outside. Be prepared for an awesome stay. Our family had a great time together and if something is needed Bridgeport is 6 minutes away to all stores.

Lakeside home in the spring

We were an Elder couple and 2 grown children + spouses. All 50+. Our stay was April 13-16. The house is a great size for fam reunion even with children. (Be aware of the nearby water with small children). The kitchen is well equipped for preparing and serving meals. Bedrooms are nice size. The porch and yard were perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Make sure the A/C is working before you go in the summertime. The owner and housekeeper were all very nice and helpful. Yes, we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood with easy access to lake

This is our second year we booked this house with 6 adults and 4 grandkids we had lots of room to play games and enjoy our mornings and evenings after coming from the lake and beach area A couple things - someone had thrown a bunch of broken glass into the water at the beach so we tried to pickip as much as we seen which was a small bucket of broken beer bottles so we made everyone wear swim shoes when at the beach area which was a bummer - when using the microwave and stove top at the same time the circuit breaker kept kicking off so we were careful not to use at the same time - we fished off the dock and the we kids caught allot of perch-bluegill-catfish and had a blast It would be nice to have a better fence around the dock so the kids are more safe We enjoyed the house-lake very much just think a few minor repairs would even make it better Last year the beach area was in great shape this year looks like no one is taking care of it and was a major reason we booked it so the kids could walk a 100 yards and play with adult supervision when not in our boat or fishing Love the lake and house overall

Awesome Lake House

This trip we stayed to spend time with family for Thanksgiving that live in Bridgeport very close to town and awesome views in the morning and evening, every time we come to visit this is the place we will always come back too

Great place to stay!

Home was just as described and more, it has everything you need! Owners were quick to communicate with and friendly. Fished and swam right off the dock everyday, the two younger kids enjoyed the beach area right across the street. Morning coffee on the back porch over looking the lake was wonderful. Everyone was happy with there stay and are wanting to plan another stay for next summer. I highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone!!

Fun relaxing weekend

We enjoyed the entire weekend of fishing,, swimming off the pier, and the beach area across the street. House is beautiful. It was very relaxing just sitting in the back listening to the water. I definitely recommend booking this property. You will not be disappointed. Everything was perfect!

We built this house in 1997, we have recently moved to our farm land east of town. We are local to Bridgeport for 60+ years. This lake is the best kept secret in North Texas!

This house sits on the best lot on lake Bridgeport!! It has both deep water access with a boat dock in a quiet cove and right across the street is a private neighborhood beach! The lake is right off the back porch. No long walk down a hillside to get to water like most places.

Our WiFi is unreliable! Come relax and unplug.
