On the ground floor, the lounge and dining room open onto the terrace through large windows. The dining table seats 9 guests, making it suitable for breakfast before coastal walks or dinner after a day at the beach.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and electric blender. The kitchen is accessed through the garage.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Parking is available in the driveway, making arrivals and everyday travel easier during the stay.

From the house, guests can easily reach the wilder beaches of Portuais and Lourtuais, then continue towards Cap d'Erquy and its pink sandstone landscapes. Shops are approximately 1.5 km away.
